As a Mario main I was rooting for kurama, but I couldn’t help but admire the way sparg0’s spacing and his DI in Mario’s ladder combos to upset it. Absolute godlike talent from both of these individuals and I loved it. Edge of my seat every single game
Prodigy is so damn good. Impressive! Mechanically speaking in regards to decision making/reflexes one of the best players if not the best it seems to me.
The director said before that they didn’t want to make an exaggerated Italian accent that might seem offensive, so I guess that’s why they went with a soft Brooklyn accent. I don’t mind

Main reason kurama is better than wizzy rn is because you need a punish game to survive in this meta full of DLC and cheese. Wizzy is super neutral focused and likes to slow things down. Kurama gets like 60 percent per opening and he's actively trying to create openings in neutral instead of waiting for the perfect moment. Kurama imposes his characters strengths in neutral by being more aggressive which is what sets him apart. Wizzy needs to up the tempo a little bit. This ain't 2019 ultimate anymore
Let’s take a minute to realize, NOTHING shifted in Kuramas gameplay; but, it is important to remember that Sparg0 suffers from Small Anxiety attacks…u can tell it started to kick in during game 3..but Sparg0 is too humble to blame his loss on that reason. Either way, he tried his best and 👍🏼 to both players.
