It's a shame that Kurama gets very little in terms of publicity simply due to his name change. 3-0 MKLeo, beat Cosmos and Riddles, but changed his name from Prodigy, and now you never hear anything about him, regardless of him being the best Mario
While he is very underrated, Wizzy makes the crown up for debate

In all fairness, Mario is a pretty good match up against heavies in general. His fireball deals with so many approach options you might want to try and his combo game on heavies is real.
Revenge makes fireballs a bad idea, and it can also punish anything three or more frames away from being true

Dude... Kurama is getting these insane pivot grabs and uptilt on platform combo extenders before I can even realize whats happening as a spectator. This must have been brutal for Skyjay having do deal with it all on the fly

Mario's movement is hard to pin down so you stay still jump straight up space him with fair counter some attacks to try and deal with the slowness of incineroar
If I were Kuruma in that Game, I'd be the Attack spammer and throw combos without letting you even get a hit on me.
No body ever talks about Mario’s kill power. Charged forward smash has a mighty strong sweetspot, midstage to end of stage it can kill from like 45%-100%. Mario’s upsmash doesn’t need explaining, and Mario’s down air does some meaty percent and can kill earlier in the air then his up b

How so? I main incen and feel it's even or in Mario's favor slightly, a matchup I personally don't mind cus Mario players actually have to approach instead of camp
lmao wtf are you on? it's only slight Mario favored. Incineroar still has fast frame data and since Mario has to go in, Incin can win interactions still. Incin does a hell of a lot more damage per hit and is way heavier, and even has Revenge. Incineroar has plenty of tools to work with.
