Giorgi, I have to make the Watermelon and Mint Caipirinha and the Red Ripe Slice!! I love watermelon (watermelon and feta salads are the best!!!) soon. These both look super refreshing and delicious!! I love to see watermelon being used in fabulous cocktails! Great choices to make here!! I will also try the Summer of Matador! I have never tried Midori but I can with this lovely drink!! I love the beautiful colors of these cocktails! That makes them so inviting!! I think I will make the Watermelon and Mint Capirinha tonight! It has been so hot and this cocktail will be perfect!! Thanks Giorgi!! :-)
Hey Christine. Glad to hear my choice of watermelon 🍉 was a good decision. So the Caipirinha could be a little sour if your watermelon is not sweet enough. Make sure you compensate with sugar syrup. I am sure you will like the slightly bitter taste of the Ripe Red Slice. The Summer of Matador is a yummy sweet 😋 cocktail. It's more of a beach party drink. Enjoy 😀

I know you're supposed to make Caipirinha in the glass but I always make them entirely in the shaker (same with mojito). I just like a really clean looking cocktail.
It's a personal preference. When I make flavoured Caipirinha or Mojito in my work bar, they are constantly shaken and served clean with fresh garnish. Same here. I love them clean and easy to drink 👍
I don't think you understand the concept of this channel, Pawel. I am sharing cocktail recipes from my home bar and not from a real-life bar. The drink can stay as long as I want it to last for pictures. In real life scenario, all of these recipes will be served simultaneously in under 5 minutes. However, that's not the case here. I hope this makes sense 😉

I guess the liqueur will be better, but you can avoid the watermelon, and still, the Matador will be yummy 😋

I thought a Watermelon is good call for the summer. Not many people will have the liqueur but at least fresh watermelon is available everywhere.
