Im going to try this out myself. I use a bigger melon and maybe some honey 🍯 to sub out the simple syrup. Patron has done it again.

Bartender gimmick at best.
Set that keg up an not fill a glass for a small while and watch the alcohol drain out the bottom.
Grab a towel, roll it up, set the watermelon in the towel ring... Watch the watermelon not tip over.

Might be a great mixologist but shite at making watermelon kegs. In no way do you need to, nor should you, cut that much off the bottom of the watermelon to level it off 😳
Seriously. I was so irked by how high up the spout was tbh. That should sit lower to avoid having to tip it over when it gets low.
I bet somehow a plastic bag or bowl was placed in that melon ... cut ain't no way its sturdy after using the blender
