I used the GunMjo Pro for many months and it was amazing then picked up the Glorious cable and it was definitely better but not sure it was worth double the price. It's my primary cable and holds it shape a little better but the GunMjo Pro is an amazing deal IMHO.

for the problem of the first cable, what i did to fix it was use a blowdryer to make the cable to the shape u want. And instead of waiting for it to get cold again to keep its shape, you could just put it in the freezer for 15 minutes.

In the end, I went with AKKO's Coiled Aviator Cable V2. None of the cables mentioned here had that 9009 retro colorway, and that sorta was disappointing. The price point is cheaper than even the Asceny one.

I personally think heatshrink as the usbc wrap looks really good and more custom rather than the plastic molded wrap. The plastic molded wrap makes it seem more factory made.

this is facts, the difference lies between how well the heatshrink applicaton is done, some vendors mess that up badly, hence giving the cheap look.

Great list! In the market and 2 out of the 3 I was inbetween are here. After seeing this, the Glorious is a no-brainer (on sale at Amazon atm).
Now after seeing those I need to decide if I'm gonna stick with black, since it can pretty much go with any build, or get that brilliant red.
Oh black and the blue are only $23usd today. Red was $2 more, the rest are between like $27 and $36 if I recall, sales a bit all over the place but even at $36 it seems like a steal.

I used a Glorious cable and I felt it was pretty trash tbh. Mine was not uniform at all, cable coil pinched the cable in on itself and the aviator felt janky and the metal was like painted with some poor quality paint. For the price point I was expecting better quality.

I'm surprised the Hystar coiled aviator cable didn't make the list at all. The colors are nice, the coil is at least as good as the GunMjo, if not as good as the CableMod, all the connectors are aluminum (host, keyboard, and avaiator), and the packaging is top notch, all for 40 USD. It even comes with a artisan keycap.

For anyone with a Hyperx Alloy Origins keyboard, the Glorious coiled keyboard will not fit!
Their QC is rather dubious too, as I've found multiple reviews on Amazon where the cable either killed someone's keyboard or stopped working after a few days.
Not impressed, and for that reason I don't feel like it deserves the no. 1 spot.
