The fit was great I really dont have any complaints it is a bit long for me but ill survive.
Is it worth $700
If you live in a state or country that gets below zero you need one of these, these are worth the money and more. Here in MN, it's freezing 5 out of 12 months so I will be wearing this alot so the cost per wear is a no brainer. If you are in Cali or somewhere down south I'd be hesitant to get one, but Triple FAT has a bunch of different jackets that would be better options.

Do you need a parka where you live?
Hell yeah bro in CO! Can get pretty cold! They sent me a $700 parka jacket as well and absolutely love the quality!
I ended up choosing the Triple F.A.T. Goose Chenega II $700 Parka jacket as a gift from them in charcoal. I think that's the jacket you're talking about with the flap pockets on the chest and lower flap pockets?
I'm around the same height and weight and went with a size Small as I wasnt planning to layer it for a more fitted look.
Warmest and best jacket I've ever worn! Super warm! I also like how the fur zips off for easy storage plus also the entire hood as well if you still want the hood but without the fur at times.
I think it might be man. And yes super warm lol
@@IAMMRMARTINEZ I almost grabbed that same jacket but went with the Chenega II instead without the zippers. I regretted it at first but super happy with my choice. Has a simple and casual look.
I like this
So I want a parka the 90s was the best time I'm 6'1 265 what should I get most of the sizes only go up to a large maybe xl let me know something
I bought the parka prior to watching the video and he failed to mention the zipper issue. The zipper mechanism isn’t as smooth as I think it should be when making the initial connection. Once the connection is made it’s all good, but there’s a challenge making that initial connection. If you can do a tutorial on resolving that issue it would be appreciated.
Ah man I think I've had that issue once since I've worn it.
Nice review, but why did you film it with the hood bent all awkward like that? Its not showcasing the quality of the fur and no one would wear it with the hood bend the way you have it. Odd....
I was wearing it in my car and when we started shooting this my camera guy didn't mention it to me. No, of course no one would ever wear it like this.
They have up the price twice as much before a year go 😭
It's too bad they're made in China. Still looks quality tho. Outdoor survival Canada might be better, I'm between these two brands. Ultimately I want whichever has a tougher exterior shell, which one is harder to rip and stain
The exterior on this one is actually pretty good, I got to admit I have not put it through enough, maybe ill look into that in a year
Outsourcing products outside the USA doesnt necessarily mean a bad product... it's more for profit reasons. But I get it if you want to keep America employed... but they might raise the price too...
@@IAMMRMARTINEZ Canadian Prepped has a pretty good video on the OSC Atka, the durability is what's kinda sold me. I'd like to use it to be hunting or going under a car when it breaks down. It has to hold up to everything, not just city streets. Think I might go with that
