I've enjoyed my time here a lot and I'm sure you will love it too, however the area is indeed quite pricey especially when it comes to properties. I would love to make a video talking about the average monthly cost for students here so make sure you hit that bell so you get notified when it's up! I was personally doing 16h a week and it was a bit of a struggle sometimes, but I think you'll be just fine if you stick to 12h. Make sure that your job offers flexible hours so you don't miss any lectures and can prepare for any midterms and coursework. I hope that helped and glad you enjoyed the video! 😊
