Yeah, I don't know what language that is, but I think we just learned a swear word or two.
There are more than one aspects why such stupid accidents happen. I guess. 1. No professional education during driving licensing. 2. Most of these drivers purchased their driving license by ''good relations''. 3, in Russia they consume a lot of alcohol in Winter. Certainly they are in panic and paralyzed and don't know how to react in dangerous situations...
