Steve was hammered by the time he started on the hot dogs 🌭
Is he wrong tho
A braut with mustard hits different when youre buzzed
Haha.
I noticed that too 😂
Deadass 😂 buddy is stumbling while standing in place somehow
He was, as he should be. Nothing beats getting wasted in nature with a nice fire, food and a warm tent waiting. Did a 2 week ring road trip in Iceland like that with a friend some years ago.
The drunk bratwurst cooking is pure gold. I’ve watched it like 3 times already. you’re awesome Steve, best channel on CZcams.
that was hilarious 😂
Lmao was definitely lit by then lol
Lmao
"Welcome to Camping with Steve! Let's start a campfire!" *pulls out flamethrower*
I love everything about this 🤣🤣
The videos from this trip are what got me into this Channel. I appreciate the humor and the set up. RIP Glen, your legacy will live on forever and that's all any of us can ask for.
I love this. CZcams is saturated with all the bushcrafty channels showing hand drills and wool blankets. This dude is just camping the way he wants. Awesome!
Zig says he has got a death wish!!
Two Cent Productions who’s zig?
@@jomoland i am,, zig says jo mum!!😚
I agree. He wasn't trying to be a mister KNOW IT ALL. Just an honest semi-city-semi country guy enjoying the bush
LOL. At first, I read "wool blankets" as "wood blankets".
“You just can’t beat a Johnsonville brat with mustard, it’s fantastic!” Have been watching Steve for months now and that has to be the best quote out of all of his videos
And true. I love roasting them over a firepit.
When Camping with Steve grows to several million subs. He'll be calling in a napalm airstrike to start the fire.
🤣😂
The whole woods explode in the background...
*Heavy metal guitar solo*
"Now you're camping with Steve!"
Lmao. Yes.
With a cask of wine, because it's Camping with Steve right.
😂😂😂💯💯🙌🏼
I keep these vids on at night to sleep since I've watched them all- haven't gone to bed yet and I swear this is one of my faves. I do this for Steve- and daaang you were hammered by the first brat- that's why so many connect with you- you're one of us- not to show off- but to live your life. Keep living it dude- we're with you- from a hammered on cheap malt beverages hillbilly in West Virginia- YOU are the real deal. Never forget- this is why CZcams was invented. Not for fakes who want to be famous- but for those of us who are just every day people- watching a Canadian, eating brats, in Grizzly country. You are you- remember that's why we all adore you!!! (Yes I sleep with the vids on but during hours I'm awake and can- I rewatch-- I can't say that about any other CZcamsr- fact). I also click ads/let ads play through- if I could donate/buy merch I would- it's simply a bad time- you're the every woman/man's CZcamsr. Take your time. WE DO understand. Peace from West Virginia, USA.
Steve: okay time to start a fire
Everyone: okay has he got a fire steel packed or is he going to be rubbing 2 sticks
Steve: pulls out blowtorch
"Now you're camping with Steve!"
I had so many questions when he did that, but it’s definitely effective! 😂
Lol I was not expecting that one bit
It's not "survival bushcraft" with Steve it's CAMPING with Steve....

@@nateman10 Hahahahaha! 😁👍
@@nateman10 I grew up in Alaska, and know a little bit about bears. And they hunt at night more often than day, and why the hell would you do that? And deep in the rum you can tell by eyes and demeanor not the best judgement. This guy would be more than interesting if he smoked weed more then drank alcohol in his videos
After seeing the aftermath of grizzly bear attacks, and bears in general. I think a bear fence is a must, as well as bear spray and a decent fire arm.
Very best I could do is stay in a cabin. I’d still be afraid
Agreed. Bear Spray definitely isn’t enough to stop a Hungry Grizzly.
Better to just not go into grizzly bear territory. Let them bebon their own
In Canada, in a provincial or federal park, you are not allowed to have a firearm. You can have a shotgun on Crown territory if you have a small game hunting permit.
@@1crackedup My uncle used to have a cabin in the woods, black bears used to break into it all the time, once they broke in and ripped the entire fridge and cabinets apart!!!

You forgot the rum.. :)
First I'm seeing this guy's videos. I did a lot of camping when I was younger and this guy camps right. Forget rubbing two sticks and risking getting mauled. Flame thrower and electric fence. You are a rockstar 🤘😎🤘
Very nice. Camping safety is so important all it takes is one mistake for a bear to wander into camp or a person with bad intention to wander in. You never know, and you're too far away from help to risk it. Im a smaller woman and I love to camp, even solo. I live in the US so I bring a .38 single action revolver that im skilled with and I always bring metal spikes and barbed wire. I have a roll of barbed wire that Ive used over and over again. I make a perimeter with the poles and lay one line of barbed wire at 6inches and another at 3 feet with an entrance point that has a little bell so I know if the fence gets messed with. Ive been doing that for a long while and its kept animals away aswell as any creepy people which is crucial especially for a woman alone and isolated. If im on edge because of something, I'll have extra barbed wire to decrease the distance between wires and make it more secure. I also put extra barbed wire surrounding my tent to prevent anything from even touching it. All that is topped off by my tents stealth camo netting cover and I have some cheap night vision goggles that were like 400$. The fact that im camouflaged, have a ton of barbed wire fencing, and can see in the dark without giving away my position with a bright light and got tons of spare batteries makes me feel incredibly safe, thats not even considering my gun or knife.

m00semanus yeah, I'll grab it, let me kill the power on the electric fence first.
Maybe add a chemlight encircled helicopter pad.
Oh hell, I'm out of supplies! Let's run on into town and restock. ( On the second day of a week long trip) LOL. Also a shotgun with slugs is more reliable than spray dude. But I do like your fire starting techniques. What, out of Doritos?
@@montananomad5382 Canadian gun laws are so strict that even if you had to kill 10 bears in one day with rocks and blades and lost an arm and a leg and gave up the other ones to buy one, they still would'nt let you have a gun.

Steve was DRUNK when he started cooking hotdogs.... Wow!
Was laughing so hard at that when I saw it
chicken, Spanish rice, white cheddar, guacamole, peppers and onions, baja sauce, queso fresco and pico de gallo.
Ya he was a bit tipsy. You could see his balance and eye focus were off. I have never seen him half blitzed. But we all know he enjoys his devil's water.
maybe when starting the fire in the beginning. torches like that mean no kinling required!
Kyle Baker dam bro I seen that too he look drunk as hell like he wants to find a bear now 😂😂😂
I wish I'd thought of an electric fence. My strategy was a bit more drastic. I dug an 80 foot moat filled with napalm and sulfuric acid, positioned 40 machine guns and 36 rocket launchers on both sides of the moat. I also had 6 flamethrowers and 88 sticks of dynamite on hand in case the 30 yards of barbed wire failed. That barbed wire is nasty stuff provided the bear could have traversed the 50 foot wall I built around the mine field just inside the 35 armed guards posted on the perimeter. Just to play it safe, I slept with one eye open. From one Steve to another, I think you feel me.
That's actually smart to have an electric fence around your campsite. Never thought of that before.
How often do you go to grizz territory?
@Sean Lane Racing I would tend to agree. The fence is very close. At best it would be an early warning system if they had a few more yards around them (maybe 20 or so from their sleeping quarters).
@Sean Lane Racing. .Electric fencing saves hundreds of thousands of livestock every year in Canada and Alaska. Grizzlies hate to get shocked like every other creature in the world.
@Sean Lane Racing that’s methed up
A fence of some description is better than no fence in grizzly country
Afraid of bears: Camps in Grizzly infested area, grilling hot dogs at night..
Hope he does not learn the hard way!!
That's how you get rid of your Bear phobia lol,,,,
Matt Kinsman Nothing like voiding the #1 rule - separating the cooking and camping areas by a good distance.
That's always worked for me with black bears. I can't imagine skipping that with grizzlies.
Kez not sure what you mean by that...
Additionally, no firearms. What a dumbass.
"A healthy respect bordering on a phobia" ..LOL !
I’m with him on that one! Had a bear growl at me when I was little and I’ve been paranoid in the woods ever since. 😂
There’s definitely a fine line between the two. It’s exactly where you want to be
Years ago, camped in the Idaho mountains in a canvas tent with 4 adults, 3 kids and a small dog. All the food was locked away but Mama grizzly came to rummage around camp anyway. I have never been more terrified. You could *smell* her. We knew she was around but having her within ten feet was just horrifying.
same wasnt a fun time, only i was on foot walking back to my cabin.

We was in the middle of a rainstorm on the Salmon River in Mountain the engineers in our group wasted a gallon of lighter fluid trying to start a fire. The electrician and myself (mechanic) told the educated ones to drink a bear and watch this. Out come the adapter to fill small propane bottle with.. Raging fire in 2 minutes LOL
And using some liquid for a fire to liht up 🤣🤣, use a newspaper dude light and quick
You know I read a lot of these comments and got a big laugh. To me camping is having fun, your way starting a fire makes since to me! Why make it an hour long job, get it done and move on. The fence, love it. I'm terrified of bears. I will watch them from a distance but have no need to see them up close and personal. Great job, camping with you seems like fun.

I’ve seen other Canadians and Northerners use this no nonsense method of torching a good fire. This Christmas I’ve had one fire roar out the front of the fireplace as flue only opened half way. It’s dark up in there. Both smoke detectors sang. We all smelled like we were camping. It got wiggled open when blaze died down. Its like we had invited the dragon of the lake.
Have bears in our backyard. Coyotes too. When I grill my head is on a swivel.
