I honestly like the idea more, if Burning to be reworked as a result of what happened after Eggman finally defeated Sonic, and see the horrors of what he did to him and his home. And him appearing in the song is him laughing at Sonic for losing. Even if Sonic tries to attack him, it’s useless as Eggman has already won, and there’s no going back any more.

I like how this game, even though heavily based on the Classics like Sonic.exe. It’s still willing to not just make modern references, but also include stuff like Shadow into one of the songs. I barely ever see modern stuff in fan made Classic material nowadays. And none at all in any official Classic & sometimes Modern Material either. (Like in IDW) I wish this happened more often to make this franchise feel more connected.
Not really rightburst stated that there were more than 50 characters planned for the mod and some characters we don’t have full on songs,sprites,stages for like knuckles_alt,cream_alt and etc
all this guy did was rip assets from funkipedia, not all of the things in this video are coming to the mod, since some of the things he showed in the video are scrapped, but not all.
