    these high intensity workouts are definitely giving me more shape and removing the excess fat off the abs, much prefer these to the standard heavy lifting in the gym

    Day 24 done, 3 days of continuous dumbell workout I'm just loving it, Pull workouts are pain, Ahh the sweet pain on your shoulders n back 🤣🤣🤣🤣, That 2 min finisher left my heart racing, Awesome workout mate 🙏

      Killer job my friend! I can relate on the pull exercises. The back workout in Week 6 was hell for me. Lifts were even that tough, I was just flat out exhausted lol. Anyways, great job bro!

    The reverse curls affect more the supinator and pronator(forearm muscles) than the Biceps.
    Then also gr8 workout!

    Got the workout in early today. That finisher was rough. The swing after the renegade rows felt like 100 lbs. Tired now but feeling good. Had to order heavier weights because I am making progress

    Best dumbbells workouts !! I am in my early 40’, cyclist most of my life but started to work on my upper body (using various body weight, resistance band and stretching exercises - follow ups on YT ) in April2020. Got my first ever set of dumbbells only a week a go. This morning was my 3rd workout following you. With a day brake between, first I have done was a full body, second upper push, and now this upper pull. Feeling amazing and gosh.. it is tough! I have a question. I operate in kg, so 30lbs is 13.6kg and 20lbs is 9kg. Is it for each individual dumbbell or a pair? I have the ones you add plates to so not changing a weight and it is circa 8kg each. I can barely execute last sets with a proper form. Let me know

      Great job! Keep on pushing yourself. You can use a bench, chair, couch ... just find something similar.

    I haven't tried this one yet but I super loved Tiff and Dan. I love the 40 minute shred that I follow a specific 1 often and then the drop sets. I am basically doing the 10 pound weights barefoot on a yoga mat in my sometimes kind of uneven yard lol any great advice I could really use some advice. I'm a massage therapist in a very active girl but...

    Something I wondered after doing your workouta for awhile is why do you use lighter weights? Is it just so you can show us? Because you are most definitely strong enough for more

      Maybe he is wanting to go for muscular body than buffing up. We use light weights with more reps to make body muscular while avoiding making it bigger. I hope it helps

      He is doing light weight for the video. He lifts heavy in the gym. Most people do that.

      Could be a lot of reasons. How well you’re rested, hydrated, or your muscle fatigue can be a factor. He could be gauging his body’s capacity. Also lighter weights means more reps where heavier mean less but more intense. If I was going to do a long workout on a specific muscle group I’d either use lighter weights or drop weights when I needed to in order prevent injury.

    Should I use your push workout or is it better to alternate between push and pull?

      For sure. For example, push on Monday, lower body on Tuesday, pull on Wednesday, cardio/HIIT Thursday, rest, total body, rest. If you wanted to double up on upper/lower body, etc try to build in a day of rest.
