    Reading through the comments, I want to add that this is my 2nd time through the 6-week shred content. I'm on my 2nd round because I have a strong conviction that this content is why I feel comfortable walking and jogging again. I had a stroke 2 years ago. It limited my ability but didn't stop me. I started moving and exercising again, but the timing of my movements were funky, especially when jogging. Then, I found your content. After this workout content, my body started feeling closer to normal. Thank you!

    I have never felt comfortable with on screen trainers. I'm 22 and 135 soaking wet and just got off my butt. You have made this experience so much easier by guiding me through. I genuinely thank you from the bottom of my heart for being my guide through this journey.

    I freaking love this back workout, especially when he added superman on it, a dog fly. I think that’s what it’s called him. Lol I have lower back problems in those workouts are really good for that. 🔥🔥👍🏾👍🏾🔥

    Loving these sessions. Lately I’ve been feeling extremely unmotivated and unfulfilled in any workouts I was actually getting around to. I started to lose faith in my home workouts and was starting to get the gym itch again (after a covid shutdown). Really looking forward to starting your program now and am finally feeling excited about training again. Thanks Dan!
    Also, love the time bar. Suggestion, putting the “next workout” title earlier, or even during the “current” workout, helps give an extra head start.

    I usually search for this kinda workouts and find myself losing interest or motivation a couple minutes into it but i gotta tell you that i've been doing your 30 and 40 minutes workouts this week and really love them.
    By the end I am all drenched in sweat and have a pump.
    The exercises are easy enough to follow and actually got some variations that I've never tried.
    Thank you for this videos, I really think you deserve way more subscribers.

    I just did this workout and it burned and it made me sweat I usually don’t sweat during dumbbell workouts and u were right it did workout my lats pretty good

      Right on! Yeah, if you want to target the lats with dumbbells then do supine rows. Works every time!

    My friend that plays football 🏈 recommended it to me since I can’t go and practice/condition with my team and I have until august 15th and it’s about to be my first full week doing it since I only did one full workout last week and the rest was because of time but when the time is up hopefully I am fully conditioned before the season starts🤗

    Sweet holy heck - this was a challenge, but it gave me one of the best bicep pumps I've had in a long time. Well planned combo w/ the back (form, sets, and reps). Completed w/ 20 lb and 30 lb with you, on 11/1/22.
