A good definition of humor, and the primary job of a comedian, is to point out differences and get us to laugh about them. A quickly dying art in this world. Because Uncle Ruckus is a caricature of a certain aspect of Black American society that continues to persist. A self loathing that we can all take note of, and laugh at the absurdity of, from any angle. An absolutely brilliant and timeless character that will most certainly persist and be remembered for decades.

He’s also there to genuinely critique some aspects of the “black culture” but maintaining an entertaining aura.
Things like music that is unnecessary vulgar and berates women.
