My best monday morning fail was in 3rd grade. I went to school and relize I forgot my back pack. My mom drove back home I got my back pack get back to school and she leaves. Then I remember that there was no school that day and had told my mom. 3 hours later she looks at her emails and relizes she droped her kid off at an empty school . She comes back once more and we go back home. The worst part was it was friday, not monday like we thought.

Last week my family woke up early to get flu shots, I asked my brother, who was making coffee, to pour me a cup, and in his zombie state he poured the boiling coffee on my head. So now I'm watching this video in bed with my head and half my face covered in bandages from second-degree burns. Sure it wasn't a Monday, but it's a morning horror story just the same.

One day at 6 am my mom and I were leaving for me to catch the train to school (I left early cuz I live in Secaucus and I went to school in NY, which is a bit of a commute by train), and halfway towards the bridge, we saw a skunk on our only sidewalk, and had to walk back and take the long way to the station. I wasn't late or anything, but what a morning...

I just watched this video in bed, and I was like “man I’m glad I’m off today” anyways after the video I went to get breakfast. I had 3 waffles with a thick icing of peanut butter. I opened the cupboard for the syrup and as I do that something falls out and knocks the plate out of my hand. All 3 sides with peanut butter landed on the floor and the plate broke. I shouldn’t have enjoyed these guys misery so much.

I'll tell you a "perfect" time at the park. So those things at the playground that spin around when you sit on it, that's where the trouble starts. So I was curious and wanted to see what those things were, then it went too fast I was too scared and also didn't know a way to stop it. Even if I did know a way, my legs wouldn't be long enough to touch the ground. I was screaming for help but my parents thought I was trying to troll them. But, when my mom turned around, she saw I was being real. She had flip flops on so she couldn't really run. Then my dad saw me then he started running. Right when they got there the thing was out of control. So the thing got so out of control, it made me flip of and hit my head on the ground.

I had the best Monday morning once when I was at school ! , I was up early dressed had all my clothes freshly ironed I was beaming , I was well in time for school even had time to stop and enjoy the view ! my worst Monday morning issue happened some years ago. Woke up, bath, breakfast. Normal stuff. Strangely empty streets, but it was a rainy winter morning anyway. The shoe one made me laugh as I did that one time. At least they were the same shoe in different colors, one brown and one maroon. My co worker brought it to my attention about half way through the day.

True story: I remembered in the 1st 9 weeks of 9th grade someone at the bus stop lifted a manhole cover and placed it back in a weird position fast forward 2 weeks I stood on top of it not realizing how loose it was. I fell in to touch the ground in my waist on the entrance it was a short call but I got scratched bleeding everywhere on my legs and elbow blessed too. I still went to school with a lot of Band-Aids. That happened on a Monday, but I got helped up by the other students who lifted me out of there, and yes this also happened in the morning.

A while back I used to work at the Carlsbad Caverns National Park in New Mexico. We rode a bus up to the top of the hill where we were left at the caverns for the whole day until the bus came back. One Monday morning when I race to get dressed (do the fact that I was late) and managed to do something really stupid. As I was walking up to the bus my boss asked me" why are you wearing two different color of shoes?" I look down and had one black and one royal blue hiking boot on! Due to the fact I could not turn around and change, because our bus was leaving, I had to spend the whole humiliating day greeting guests. Included in our informational tours was why I had two different colors of boots on that day! Lucky we were in the dark somewhat and not every visitor of the hundreds that came saw what I had did.😉

I got home from school one day and broke a key off in the door trying to get in. Didn’t realize I did it til a few weeks later when my mom and dad found out why the top part of the door wouldn’t lock. Wasn’t on a Monday morning, but it was a Monday afternoon, a stressful one at that.
I had one thing on a monday morning at my breakfast:
I wanted cereal for breakfast so I picked the cereal and wanted to open it, allthough it was in a plastic bag so I had to pick the scissors to open the bag.
Once almost opened, I started to realise something was wrong, and it was already too late😅
What happened was that...I happened to hold the bag in my right hand on top of the bag with cereal, and in the left hand I used the scissors, beneath my right hand, which lead to the next scenario, the whole bag with cereal dropped on the floor and the floor was flooded with cereal😂

My worst monday morning story:
One day, I woke up to go to school. I live in a city, so I have to take the bus. (We don't have school busses here, so I just have to take a bus going in the direction) The day started pretty normally, I woke up on time, took a shower, ate breakfast, etc. When I was on my way to the bus station, there was one thing I missed completely. Namely, two bus lines switched numbers. So instead of going to Line Nr.7, I went to the new Line Nr. 6! I didn't even notice, until that robotic voice announced the first stop. I have never pressed the "Stop" button any faster in my life. Unfortunately, that bus stop was pretty far away from the station. So, I walk back all the way through the city (crying), not to the bus station, but back home. I don't really wanna tell the rest of the story, bc my thumbs kinda ache from typing this, but I hope this made someone feel better about themselves-

I’ve had a similar experience to that guy who went to work with mismatched shoes as I did so once on a high school day. The very next day almost everyone else in the school (It was a small school) willingly did the exact same thing. Seemingly unbelievably yet surprisingly true.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the aggressive geese were protecting a nest.
Edit: Just remembered my morning story. A year or two ago the power was cut in our town due to a fire risk (I live in California and summer/autumn here is a fire risk in itself these days). I don’t remember if it was a Monday but clearly my brain wasn’t all there because I was laying on the couch and looked up at the clock randomly. It was then that I realized that I was almost late for school and I was still in my pajamas. Thank the stars I don’t live too far from my high school and I wasn’t late for class that day. Although, when the sense of “oh, sh!t” set in all I wanted to do was call in sick and go back to bed.

Mondays just seem to have a way to be all around bad. Almost a year ago I woke up early Monday morning at like ten o'clock, half asleep and totally braindead. I though in my sleepy state that I was late getting to work, I happen to live an hour away from my work, and had no uniform ready for my job which forced me to get dressed in dirty clothes. I had got dressed with no breakfast at all, crumby as hell and was driving to work going over the speed limit. However, as I was pulling up my texts on my phone to tell my boss I was going to be late I realized three things. One, it was after daylight savings so I was early still. Two, it was Monday and not Sunday. And three, It was my day off that week. I drove back and quickly went back to bed. My mom and dad laughed at me for the rest of that day. I hate Mondays.
I was making scrambled eggs in the morning, and I was cracking the eggs and putting the shell back in the carton. Idk why I did this but I cracked the egg in the carton and almost put the shell in the mixing bowl. Thankfully I managed to get my head on straight and snap out of whatever trance I was in. Ugh mornings.

Worst thing that happened to me in the morning: I woke up with a live frog on my pillow next to me. My cat had a habit of bringing one as a gift for me. The frog was always unharmed but it played dead, until I rolled over and started screaming. Then it'd jump up and all chaos would reign whilst I, half asleep still, tried to catch it, and my cat also gleefully joined in the fun. All before I'd had my coffee.
This happened so often I ended up naming the frog: "Alfred". He was never bleeding, and he never moved away from our pond in the back yard. I also found out that frogs can SCREAM, when they are angry, which sounds really demonic....

I remember one morning I was especially tired so I tried to get up and get some breakfast. I decided to just make a quick bowl of cereal hoping that would wake me up. So I got a bowl, started to pour the cereal but missed the bowl completely and had some spill onto the counter. After that I thought that it was over, apparently it was just the beginning as for when I finally got my cereal Into the bowl, I poured the milk... onto the counter... and out of frustration I accidentally put the milk down too hard and hit my bowl with it on the way down, spilling the cereal onto the ground. Luckily I saved the bowl and decided to just go back to bed

Over a decade ago, my little sister made a silly mistake one day while getting ready for school: she accidentally left her pajama shorts on and put her skirt on over them. On another, similar occasion, I unwittingly wore two pairs of underwear to school, which I didn’t realize until I went to the restroom at some point during the school day. Either way, my sister and I must’ve been REALLY tired and disoriented when we woke up those days.
Working a popular national Park in New Mexico I found that I had done something quite embarrassing on a Monday morning. As I was walking to the vehicle to get in the truck to go up the mountain to where we were working my boss kept pointing at me through the window and laughing. For the life of me I couldn't figure out what he was laughing about, that is until I got to the truck. Still laughing my boss points to my feet. To my horror I seen that I had two different colored boots on. Knowing that I was going to be around hundreds of people that day I decided I stay in the dark places of the cave and try to hide my colorful and quite embarrassing mistake.

They will hiss at you if you get too close, but if you keep pushing your luck, they will peck you and they have a tough beak and neck.

i'm a janitor at an ice area, and one day, i was unlocking a lockerroom, and my key got stuck in a notoriously stubborn lock, and because i'm very irritable, i got mad and started frantically yanking at the key, and while it didn't snap off like that key, i did bend the key and it got stuck in the door.
i'm also one of those people who aren't strong at all, but when i'm angry, i get stronger, so by the time i bent the key, my temporary strength wore off and i couldn't bend the key back to get it out, so i had to ask a coworker to bend it back for me.
i've since learned that you have to be more gentle when dealing with keys, since the more force you use to get it out, the less likely it is to budge.
15:11 had this happen to me once. I was an itty bitty freshman in college. My first roomate's key broke, leaving me unable to grab my homework. at first i panicked, then i decided to tell a fib to the professor just as an excuse to get it in. guess being an anxious liar has its perks...

Personally, I've had a couple coffee mishaps due to being a groggy morning zombie. It's only happened 2 or 3 times in the years that I've been making my own morning coffee, but I went to brew an 18oz coffee in my keurig and forgot to put a cup under it. I had gust finished my daily exercise when right before going up the stairs I stubbed my ring finger toe on the corner between the wall and the stairs. I had trumedis pain, but I walked it off. I walk through school, every step felling like I was walking on glass on the one two. I was being bullied and I was going to talk back but turning on my foot I had so much pain that I had to hold my breath to not cry. But I had water inmy eye and everone laughed at me for crying when being made fun of. My friends laughed hearing the storie and telling me that that was the stuiped thing they have ever heard. Later that day I looked at my foot and realized I made it bend 90o to the right because I dislocated it earlier and didn't take care of it. Fixing it I broke my toe and to this day my toe has a bend and has a bump in the middle from the bone
