It does look cool and a great gesture, but what happens that one time he loses his balance witb those boards in hand? Ive boarded forever, and t-bars are great when contjnuously moving, but everytime ypure gonna have it stall partway cuz someone fell off
It actually looks incredibly dangerous. Suppose one or both of the girls lets go or slips off when he’s halfway up the slope?! They could also be injured by other people coming up behind them if they fall off. I can’t believe the resort staff permitted this for safety and liability reasons…

I learned to ski at a slope that used a rope tow. It was Loring AFB in Northern Maine
