    It’s funny you mentioned “core engagement”. So the other day I’m in my back yard doing a spur of the moment speed workout and I was have some slight difficulty with my balance. It just kind of hit me like a ton of bricks, I say to myself let’s make a pass really focusing on flexing the crap out of my core. BOOM! 5mph jump in club head speed and finished in perfect balance. Definitely a eureka moment. Do you consciously flex your core each swing?

      A neutral pelvis and engaged core is a major focus in our setup position. The entire first week of HITBOMBS 2.0 goes over the setup and this is a HUGE part. Glad you found success 👍
