Like 10 years ago, I was just like her. She's so motivating. My knees are giving me problems but I'm working to strengthen them again. Her technique is awesome. I'm back on the wagon.
I also used to have knee problems while running. I switched to "barefoot" shoes and natural running/pose method running. Also I don't run on asphalt anymore (only on natural surfaces). Now I have no problems while running.

@@kiaharper7172if you're fat, i've heard that you shouldn't run if you care about your knees. Do some bike or rower before Anyway, you should get followed by a physiotherapist specialised in sport

I might try 14K in a few days since it's 1/3 of a Marathon. I have a 23 Min 5K time and have completed a few 10Ks and 7.5Ks so I should be OK if I take it easy

I can run for 3 kilometers but my problem is in every 6-7 minutes , I have to slow my pace or walk to take rest 😢. How to remove this problem
