I think the trick is fold the fresnell sheet half along the height of the monitor to have twice areas and place over booth screens as near as posible you can to have a better result of the refraccion effect, best regards from Spain!!!. The peak must to be face out in the driver direction...;)

Can you please check weather this solution works for straight position (not for angle position monitor). tv by bending that sheet?
