too good topic sir, how to do slum test on the residential project i mean manual test for slum test.
can we block the shuttering holes by the maskin tape, to stop leaking the cement celeri.
if we don't have vibrator at site, so how we need to manage the concreting, because usually it does not avaible in small towns.
what kind of viberators use during the slab concreting.

If vibratory is not available use tamping rods. But this is not good for mass concreting such in case of slab. Also you can use tapes for stopping leakage of cement slurry .

if you don't have slump cone, than you can take concrete in in your hand and make it into round shape (like ladoo) than bounce in air like catch a ball 2-3 times, it should not be segregation and shape should be round if water cement ratio is good.

Column ki shuttering lagane k baad, column k parallel vertically ek thread (shut) hang ya latkate hai freely, fir top of shuttering k outer edge se us thread ka distance fir bottom se v us thread ka distance check karte hai agar sahi hua to column is ok, agar nahi to column ko adjust karnge.

Main reason for hacking is bonding with plaster, because column surface is smooth.

Very good question,
1- koi v design mix use karne se pahle usse hm testing lab mai check karwate hai or approval lete hai fir us desing mix ko site pat use karte hai.
2- agar site par us mix design ko maintain karne ko koi galti ho jati hai or casting v ho jati hai to, depends karega ki 7 days mai us column ko strength kya aai.
3. Agar jyda karab report aai to sidha uss column ko dismantal kar diya jata hai.
4. Aisha bahut kam case mai hota hai, ya site engineer ki galti se.
5- always follow design mix, jo registered lab se aata hai.

can we cast a column in horizontal position like a beam? then tested vertically then is it behaves like a column?

If casted at any angle then it is known as strut
And if vertically casted then column
