생딸기를 넣은 녹차 크레이프 롤케이크를 만들었어요~
요즘 딸기가 정말 맛있어서 딸기를 듬뿍 넣으려고 통으로도 넣고 크림에 섞어 넣어 봤는데 딸기 향이 가득해서 정말 맛있더라구요~
생 과일이 들어가서 2~3시간 굳힌 뒤 빨리 드셔야 좋은 맛을 제대로 느끼실 수 있을 것 같아요~
보관이 길어지면 딸기에서 물이 나와 크림이 묽어진답니다~
딸기와 색감이 어울려 녹차 크레이프를 만들어 사용했는데 취향에 맞게 일반 크레이프나 초코로 만드셔도 좋을 것 같아요~

▶재료
달걀 3개
설탕 35g
소금 0.5g
박력분 150g
녹차 파우더 10g
우유 370g
녹인 무염버터 50g
크림치즈 300g
설탕 50g
생크림 200g
딸기
▶레시피
1. 달걀에 설탕과 소금을 넣고 섞고 박력분과 녹차파우더를 체 쳐 넣은 뒤 우유의 1/3정도를 넣고 섞는다.
2. 남은 우유를 넣고 섞고 녹인 무염버터를 넣고 섞은 뒤 체에 거르고 냉장실에서 30분 정도 숙성시킨다.
3. 팬을 약불에 올리고 반죽을 붓고 넓게 펴 기포가 올라오면 뒤집어 살짝 더 익힌 뒤 식힌다.
4. 크림치즈에 설탕을 넣고 풀어 주고 생크림을 넣고 휘핑해 크림을 만든다.
5. 식은 크레이프 2장을 겹쳐 놓고 크림을 얇게 바르고 위에 크레이프를 1장씩 더 올린다.
6. 끝에 크림을 도톰히 올리고 통 딸기를 올린 뒤 돌돌 만다.
7. 끝 부분에 연결해 크레이프 2장을 겹쳐 놓고 크림을 얇게 바른 뒤 크레이프 1장씩 더 올린다.
8. 남은 크림에 다진 딸기를 넣고 섞은 뒤 크레이프 위에 바르고 돌돌 말아 냉장실에서 2~3시간 정도 굳힌다.

35g Sugar
0.5g Salt
150g Cake flour
10g Green tea powder
370g Milk
50g Melted unsalted butter
300g Cream cheese
50g Sugar
200g Whipping cream
Strawberry
