딸기를 가운데 나란히 넣어 귀엽고 깔끔한 크레이프 케이크를 만들었어요~
7cm 틀에 작은 사이즈로 만들어 봤는데 색다른 느낌의 크레이프 케이크가 된 것 같아요~
저는 크레이프 반죽에 딸기 가루를 조금 넣어 향을 냈는데 없으시면 생략하셔도 괜찮아요~
작은 틀에 쌓아 만들기가 쉽지는 않지만 틀을 사용하니 다른 아이싱은 필요없어 좋더라구요~
중간중간 있는 딸기가 풍미를 더해주어서 딸기 맛이 많이 나서 향긋했어요~
크림에 화이트 초콜릿을 섞어 만들었는데 크림은 좋아하시는 크림으로 바꾸어 만드셔도 좋을 것 같아요~

▶틀 사이즈 Mold size : 7cm 3개 분량
▶재료
달걀 3개
설탕 35g
소금 0.5g
바닐라익스트랙 2g
박력분 150g
딸기 가루 4g (옵션)
우유 375g
녹인 무염버터 50g
딸기
화이트 커버춰 초콜릿 70g
생크림 20g
생크림 250g
설탕 10g
▶레시피
1. 달걀에 설탕, 소금, 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞은 뒤 박력분과 딸기가루를 체 쳐 넣고 섞는다.
2. 우유 조금을 넣고 섞고 남은 우유를 모두 넣고 섞은 뒤 녹인 무염버터와 빨간 식용색소 조금을 넣고 섞는다.
3. 체에 거른 뒤 랩을 씌워 냉장실에서 30분 정도 휴지시킨다.
4. 약불에 올린 팬에 반죽을 부어 얇게 펴 익히고 기포가 올라 오면 뒤집어 살짝 더 익힌 뒤 식힌다.
5. 식힌 크레이프를 7cm로 자른다.
6. 딸기를 동그랗게 슬라이스하고 키친타월에 올려 물기를 제거한다.
7. 화이트 커버춰 초콜릿과 생크림 (20g)을 전자레인지에 30초 정도 돌려 녹이고 생크림에 설탕을 넣고 휘핑하다가 거품이 올라오기 시작하면 녹인 초콜릿을 넣고 휘핑해 크림을 만든다.
8. 밑면에 랩을 씌우고 무스띠를 두른 7cm 틀에 크레이프를 깔고 크림을 올리고 1번 더 반복한 뒤 가운데 슬라이스한 딸기를 올린다.
9. 반복해 쌓고 윗면의 크림을 매끄럽게 정리한 뒤 냉장실에서 3시간 정도 굳힌다.
