What would you recommend for someone who has muscle imbalances? Lay off the training? Focus on different exercises?
I just got my first order of birthday cake and fudge brownie protein powder and my intra greens and intra reds!! I’m excited to try all of it. I’ve had lots of other protein powders that tasted like chalk I am hoping I’ve found the right supplements!

Lauren has been with us just over a year and has moved from part time to full time and gotten 2 raises! She consistently does a great job and ain’t slowing down! Diana did a great job training her and she excels!
@@Megsquats That amazing how you see potential in Lauren and appreciate her with the raises she gotten so far within a year time. I am guessing the raises you give to amazing employees is more then what Fast Food or Theater Chain offer to their employees which is like pennies at times. I say what ever raises you give to your employees is best left within the company and the employees you have on the payroll. I am sure more she keep on excelling, I see more potential raises in her future, cause anyone answering a person question at 6a.m. in the morning is one dedicated person to their job!!!
I had my gallbladder removed, ever since I have lost half my strength. My question is...how can I regain my strback? What should I eat or what protein or whatever is that I should eat, I have no idea.i went from working out 4 times a week down to two, I don't have the same motivation. I have to watch your videos of you working out so I can get motivated!🙄
I'm sure theres a 45 minute video somewhere explaining it more, but TL;DW what supplements are the best "bang for the buck"? I've always heard only creatine and preworkout + healthy eating.
PWO is probably the most BS "supplement" of every one out there. Go for Creatine, the only supplement that is consistently proven to work.
Healthy eating and exercise are the top 2.

Love this video and the general business series. I have a query though, I’m an international buyer (Australia) and shipping is almost as expensive than the products themselves. Appreciate the cost pinch at the moment with shipping vendors jacking up prices, but I don’t have this problem when buying from other US based suppliers. I have had items in my cart for days but I can’t justify $46.50USD ($72.55 AUD) on shipping for products worth $65.98USD. Will this be something you’ll be looking at for your international market @megsquats?
I honestly wouldn’t spend that much for shipping. Our next step in this process is building relationships and finding distributors, but it still means sending product across seas from the US. We’re a 2 year old business and working on this initiative and many others, but it takes time.
We do understand that international shipping is expensive, however the prices are set by USPS and UPS depending on weight and distance. Supplements can be heavy, or require a larger box which can impact the rate. I wish we had more control over the cost of shipping, and rest assured we are not tacking on any additional shipping costs on our end.
We’d love to make things more accessible to international customers in the future, but in order to do so, we’d need manufacturing facilities in those countries. As a young company, we’re just not there yet… but are certainly hopeful for that in the future as we continue to grow!

Shipment pricing can depend on where items are going and also how much the items weigh. We try to make the best decisions for carriers that are cost effective while still choosing the best shipment times available for our customers.
