On your hip pain standing desk comment. Love my Uplift standing desk. I got my own butcher block countertop from Ikea to have a chonky thick desk. I have the 72" one but not everyone uses three monitors. Then I just bought the up lift v2 base without the desktop. They sell one with the desktop too. Best thing EVER!! Plus the desk top is real wood so you can use monitor arms to give more space on the desk.

Just started taking the creatine this week! Meg, is there anyway you could do a video or videos on how to fix hip shift in squats -- I know it must be a mobility issue, but I'm having trouble figuring out what I need to do to correct my right hip from shifting on my way up.

Damn Meg is out here deadlifting 25kg more than my bodyweight and I'm barely deadlifting 65kg and I'm a dude!!! AND she had a baby!!!! I gotta step my game up!

My breasts changed too after my pregnancies. They had less volume & looked kinda deflated.
Anyways, after looking up lots of articles, I started changing up my diet. I started eating foods more rich in estrogen, healthy fats, & lots more seafood.
It has not been super fast results, but my breasts have gone up 2 cup sizes (filling out again) in about a bit over 2 yrs. & that’s that I’m on a weight loss/muscle building journey. I’m in no rush to drop weight, & it’s nice to see my body slimming & my breasts filling out regardless.
I also don’t do high intensity cardio, but steady cardio, since I’ve noticed high intensity cardio make the problem worse. I just walk inclines on the treadmill now.
