    Hey Meg! I love that the SBTD app calculates the suggested weight we should use for the working reps, but it would be really helpful if it did that for the optional warmup sets. I haven’t quite figured out how many reps I should do for warmups and at what % of my working weight. I understand this could vary depending on the day and how I’m feeling, but if the app could provide suggestions for how to warmup, that’d be awesome!

      One more suggestion: It would be nice to be able to separate superset exercises if we are unable to complete them as a superset (commercial gym probs đŸ˜«). For example, on the exercise page for a superset, the user could hit a button that separates the exercises so it doesn’t show as a superset in the journal.

    At the end of the deadlift when you hip hinge the weight back down.. is it ok for your body to absorb that shock of the weight dropping?

    Hey Megan! I was planning on trying out your program over the summer, but ended up hurting my ankle/shin and have been in a boot the last month :( I’m doing PT for my foot and have been focusing on working upper body in the gym. Would it still be beneficial to download the app if my lower body would need to be modified?

    Enjoy your videos but you need to get someone who knows how to film your videos. Your videos r all over the place. Zooming up and down , front and back , zig zagging and camera not steady! It’s very annoying to follow the screen. You need to stay steady instead of going scene to scene . Try to get a tall tripod that’s steady and can also pan smoothy. Stop trying to put all these non stop moving shots . It would help your videos a great deal ! Hope u are not insulted , that is not my intent .👍
