Harvard has an acceptance rate of less than 6%. So just being a student is a major accomplishment. I commend you.

I like the honesty. You seem to be the person in between the most humble of students and the most stuck-up students. This isn't a bad thing. In fact, I find it commendable since it is Harvard and the name draws a ton of snotty-ness to each student (even if just a little bit).

I'm on my last year of Middle school and my biggest dream is to get into Harvard Medical school , I just learned to speak English FLUENTLY ( I'm Moroccan btw ) but unfortunately I'm not the best at school and I'm very sad because of it even if I still have more than 3 years until college . I find this video, like all of them, to be very helpful. I am currently working towards trying to transfer there, and it is a rather intimidating thought that the demographics there are made up of people who have, like you said, been bread for it. Sometimes that can be discouraging, but it is people like you who make me feel like I might have a chance. Thank you for the insight, and keep up the good work. :D

I've always dreamt of studying at Harvard (also for economics hahaha). I'm currently doing a bachelor's in International Economics in Canada but I hope to one day get to do some grad work there. You seem like a really cool person, it makes me want to go even more :)

I have a question. I know your freshman year of high school is the start of building your GPA, if you had a B average, and plan on making A's with AP classes the next years, do you think it is possible to have a high enough GPA to get accepted into a top college for medical students, because I'm trying to become a cardiac surgeon. I was wondering if by the time i graduate i would be able to have a GPA high enough to maybe attend Harvard.
