Regarding your questions, I think both of the looks of your mustache are awesome, and I think that you should try the more expensive beard trimmers because Philips is not a good brand for this kind of machine. Detaching the moustache is the way forward for sure! And also the next one you should try the most expensive beard trimmer to see if it is worth it! Or give your barber the cheapest one and see what they can do with it.. 🙌🏼
Haha Ive been doing the detached way for years. Some stupid people made fun of it saying it should be connected... dettached is definitely cleaner and more aesthetic.
