- This is the most luxurious Hotel in Malindi located on the Kenyan Coast. Private pool, white curtains and an overall luxury feel.
This is the Leopard Point Luxury Beach and Spa Resort. For a total of 37,000 KSH a night per couple sharing with breakfast only, it is for sure a high price point. Is it worth it? If you are looking for a VERY private resort with a true luxury feel than yes, this is the perfect resort for you.
Does this Beach Resort deserve a 6th star? Almost! The owner is actually working on the last few things before officially opening and advertising to the public. As of right now, you can stay at the Leopard Point but you will not see any advertisement as the resort is not yet to the owner's standard!
We did love this Beach Resort and would for sure recommend it and go back!!!

Youve made me miss the coast. It's the best life even for a week. Hope the next series will be in the Rift Valley, Nakuru, Naivasha etc i kinda feel you will love it there too if you enjoy the Bush.

Did I mention I love you guys. Thank you for showing the world the Kenya I love. Our Florida in the South is possibly one of my top ten places in Kenya. My favourite place in Kenya is the Northern road trips: the Chalbi desert, the shores of lake Turkana both in Turkana county and Marsabit county... If you get round to it, go there and make memories.
I wholesomely agree. However to the best my understanding , it’s the least developed part of Kenya. Presently there is a Security issue in which the govt. has invested heavily. In the meanwhile Mt. Kenya climbing would be more suited as an adventure to remember for you. There are guides , tourism agents and all.

I'm a Kenyan living in the US but plan switch careers this year to a job that will allow me to me to work while travelling the world -- including back home in Kenya -- and your channel is full of great ideas for me & my wife to try out. :)
Tip for you: the coastal dish you mentioned at 23:39 (pilau) is pronounced pee-la-uh. Kenyans/Africans pronounce vowels as ah-eh-ih-oh-uh so a lot of Swahili words like this one reflect that.

My nephew is *stuck* in Malindi and he loves sending me videos of him in the beach. When you see him, please remind him that 🇬🇧 is tightening it’s lockdown measures and the longer he extends his tickets the more he is going to pay when he comes back. And yeah, it’s still freezing in 🇬🇧.
