I have seen the 12.7 in a flat nose rig get mid 7's all day long while pulling 35k weight. It's definitely doable.

Ive decided on Cummins engine , 430hp and up, seens like i can only find 10 speed manual..
Even the used trucks with high mileage seem pricey but it is what it is I guess.
Buy a New truck dude don’t buy a used one other ways you be on service shop every day all of them got problems you never know when it’s pops out I drive a Freightliner cascadia evolution and man if you ask everyone what truck should I buy they say Freightliner cuz the dealership you see in every 50 mile well my opinion is they set up all this dealers cuz the truck brake down a lot stay with a brand new Freightliner or get a Volvo try to get Volvo starting 2020 up Be safe !
