Same. One of the litter boxes I ordered doesn’t have either of the mounts shown in the video. The kit comes with 3 adhesive strips so I guess I use that but I see they could fail 😢
My version of the tray doesn't have those hook mounts, nor those top and bottom mounts. I stuck the spray with these sticky things, but it fell off and got into the poop compartment. What should I do? How to attach it?
Too many different scanning codes to download and scan two manuals with no clear cut instructions of use confusing!! Should be full information on the product in one place 1 manual and should be a simple process this is not good considering the expense of the product!!
Did you find it? I had to look for a while and thought I did it get it. But it was in the box. Just very well camouflaged, straight underneath the spray container itself. A small plastic thingy.
Our brand new box didn’t come with the spray or mount so they sent us a brand new box. We have Version 1; they sent Version 2. No way to mount spray. 😡
It cost $550 for one of these and this company needs to air commercials on their CZcams videos to make extra money from youtube? Are you kidding me? Seriously?

And by the way, this company expects everyone to have Wi-Fi when Wi-Fi has been found to actually be shockwaves the fly through the air and has been scientifically proven to cause disruptions with many heart monitors and so forth? It's also improving conditions to mess with the heart rate? I'm not sure why they would have something that needs wi-fi great I've never heard of that on any product pray they usually give you a choice.

@@alrisha99 mine did fail and ended up in waste bin so I would not recommend that. I stuck mine to the wall next to the box after I got it cleaned off
