Lucid dreaming has been an important part of my life for many years.
For me, it’s an opportunity to have very real experiences that are not possible in waking life. A sandbox for play but also immense learning about one’s self.

For this sound bath, I transmuted my own dreamscape into musical form, creating a waking dream world filled with inspiration and joy.
I give this to you to initiate the creation of your own dreams as you drift off to sleep tonight.
The screen will begin to dim as the music becomes your guide.
May you have a profound journey filled with love and learning.

🏮 The low lighting dims slowly over the course of the first hour so that you will fall asleep fast and stay asleep.
🛌 The gentlest strikes of the singing bowls will serve to ease the mind and stimulate the types of thoughts that will soon become your dreams.

I’m so sorry to hear that! I went thru the same situation in February we had to put down one of our dogs of 10 tens had him when he was 5 weeks old. It’s very disheartening and unbelievably painful. I hope u can find the strength and peace lots of love 💙🪬
Deeply sorry 😞. Had to send our beautiful girl 🦮 of 16 years over rainbow 🌈 bridge on March 30th. It's still incredibly painful every day😢.
😢been there too many times and I always get another dog. :(

Another idea, what if the lights under the crystal singing bowls gradually faded into a new color? But instead of all the bowls changing color at once, what if every bowl was changing into a different color? So at any one time, say one bowl is fading into yellow, one bowl is remaining green, one bowl is fading into blue, etc. And what if the timing of the fading of the colors was not in sync as well, so every bowl would be fading into new colours at random from the other bowls? I think that would be captivating to watch.

Could you do a video where the lights don't dim and you have two real candles on either side, that by the time the 8 hours is over, the candles are really small? Also while the candles are burning away, seeing the melted wax drip down the side of the candles would be very relaxing
