The said individual is now requesting “relaxing music” before bed every night I’m working. Then he says “hummmmmm” or “Gong music” to let me know he wants the singing bowls. The first time I came across this channel was with this video. Unfortunately I made the decision to watch this while I was at work. It was dead and I had nothing to do so I figured I'd give it a listen. I had no idea I was stressed at the time. I suppose since I was so used to the feeling I hadn't identified it. But when I was first listening to it I felt as if something heavy had washed out of my body. It was so big and heavy that when it left I felt so deeply relaxed that I was getting spirit and it was hard keeping my eyes open not to mention trying to stay awake. What part was I was only in the middle of my shift and had hours to go before I could get off for the day. Worked great and fast. I think I had only been listening to the video for a few minutes at the time but chose to continue learning to it even after it made me sleepy.

I used to do yoga and mediate to crystal singing bowls in a yoga class, and it was extremely relaxing. I wish I could be in the atmosphere of the room it would be so soothing.
