    I've been listening to the podcast on Spotify for about 8 months and it's helped me so much, for information and comfort but witnessing these videos on CZcams is even more of a treat. Thank you!

    Crazy part is my ex did everything dirty and made up all the abuse allegations, alienated the oldest child and used CPS...all the things you would think a judge would see through considering zero police reports or evidence exist of any of the allegations being true and she steamrolled me. She actually has mental health issues and is a lazy and nearly absent parent who trashed me to the kids for months and even kept all 3 from me for 40 days prior to an emergency petetion and I just continue to get screwed. You are telling how it SHOULD go and I am with you, but my experience was so traumatic I have a hard time agreeing lol

      Hey just some words of encouragement and positive news for everyone still being wrongfully withheld from their children. An absolute miracle happened 2 days before my hearing that proved that I was the most fit parent to take care of my child and now have primary custody. It's important to remember in times like these to not be like the people who tried to with hold their children from their rightful parents and allow them the time with their child that they denied you, remember that will always be their mother and that this isn't about you it's about your child. I will be doing split custody 50/50 as soon as she is ready. Stay strong be the best man you can be and trust in God.

    Amazing. Excellent content. :) Great video Thanks Tammy. I will have to watch this one a couple times. In my case, 100% true, once I learned how the legal process worked and the lens through which the judge views the case, I was able to leverage my attorney effectively and provide the critical information that she needed to get what was needed for my children.

    I’m going through child custody case, and it seems like it’s all about her wanting to win, she gave so much false accusations about me that the court doesn’t even care about that but at the same time they didn’t look at her in a negative way and she’s still getting what she wanted. I want to be given the same amount of parenting time as her mother has. But the friend of the Court says that my job description doesn’t fit the amount of time I’m capable to spend time with my daughter. I have Sundays and Mondays off and those are the only days I get to see her every week but I would like to see her biweekly all week. But like I said the FOC claims that I won’t be able to see her if I’m going to be working night shift and she will be at school during the week. I can see her Fridays and Saturday mornings before I go to work, and I would also like her to spend more time with my mother and experience my culture and religion. But FOC doesn’t want to hear all that. Me and my daughters mother live about 45 minutes apart and I wanted to put her in school in the middle of where we live, so that way it wouldn’t be a lot of driving for me nor her mother. So it all boils down to me to continue having her on my days off Sundays and Mondays, and in the summer time I have her biweekly all week and birthdays. I get even years and she gets her our years and holidays. We split every other year. So now I agreed to it and waiting on the opposing party to agree to it. I really wanted one week on and off all year round but the FOC decided to do it this way. Tomorrow or Thursday hopefully the opposing party agrees to it but I have a feeling they have something under their sleeve and probably going to try to take more time off for me. We shall see. thanks for the video and your other videos. Have a good day.

    I'm fighting in San diego for child custody. 50/50 joint custody is approve. Just the parenting schedule we been fighting. She moved 1 hour away fallbrook and what to move to borrego springs. And the schedule is based on her old job she got fired. We can follow the same schedule. Any tips for me I go to court again next month

    Tammy, question for you... I think that in one of your videos, you discussed that in San Diego, you only have 10 or 15 minutes to present your case in family court. Can you tell me more? Specifically, are you referring to those brief little 10 minute court appearances that are just conferences to discuss procedural matters and to quickly determine temporary custody? Or are you talking about the part that is the actual full-blown trial? Am I right to assume that outside of the little 10 minute court appearances that eventually there is an actual trial, hearing, or fact-finding? If so, for how many days or hours do typical hearings take place? I ask because some parents tell me that they only have 2 to 4 hours for the entire trial for both parents to present testimony. But in my case I testified for 28 hours over 14 trial dates.... And that was just my testimony. If there are 10 best interest factors to discuss, I don't know how 1 person can present their case in less than 10 hours. To me, determining custody of a child requires intelligent, thorough analysis... And you can't present enough facts or analysis in a couple of hours to lead to a correct conclusion. What are your thoughts?

      @shaneslaght2154 Před 7 měsíci +2

      How could you possibly have anything to testify to that equates to 28 hours of cross examination. Was all of your personal testimony not done prior to the hearing via sworn affidavits and response affidavits

    • @FatherX2022
      @FatherX2022 Před 7 měsíci +1

      @@shaneslaght2154My 28 hours of testimony included all of my direct testimony, cross-examination, and redirect. I testified in detail about all of the mother's violent instances during our almost 2 year relationship, as well as her bad behaviors during the 2-3 years of trial process before I testified.
      In our case, in our court, we did not have any affidavits, or depositions. So there was no forum or manner for me to reveal the facts except by testifying. There are 50 states with 50 sets of processes, so they vary.
      Since my son's mother was making false allegations of domestic violence in her petitions and in her testimony... and since the judge was rubberstamping the mother every step of the way until I started my testimony...I needed to testify in great detail to make the judge understand the reality of the situation. Otherwise, default primary custody would have just gone to the mother.

    They are trying to prove me to be an abusive mom. I've never been abusive, and now he's claiming I am abusive. And im like god dammit just stop and lets both enjoy raising our child. I am looking for a lawyer. Because im scared. I dont know how he can lie like this and everyone start looking at it like its true. I am so nice and loving to everyone.
