- 💈 Forget Your Worries With Pat’s Relaxing Hairstyling and Sandalwood Cologne at Elizabeth’s Barber Shop in Saint Paul.
✨ NOTE: On this visit, Patrick just tidied up my hair before styling it two ways because we had an upcoming haircut scheduled with Moustache Jim :)

We also had fun meeting Patrick’s mom who the shop is named after 💖 His mom is a main focus in this shop from a childhood photo Patrick loves of her set near the front of the shop and the “Tough as a Mother” sign right beside his workstation.
“I grew up watching my mom work two and sometimes three jobs,” Patrick says. “She put herself last, it wasn’t about her, it was about us. That’s kind of how I try to operate as a barber.”
Giving back to the community continues to be a very important part of his life ❤️ Currently, Patrick is working towards becoming a licensed instructor to teach barbering. Since barbering saved his life, he wants to pass on opportunities to others in need.
“What I would like to do is just try and help the next guy, try and help the next kid who wants to become a barber, but hasn’t been able to for whatever reason. Because what we do is a powerful thing and it can do for others what it has done for me.”

Very well stated...I have been a fan of Harry's channel from the very start...The only complaint that I have is that his hair doesn't grow over night at such a length that he'd need to make video's every day...I started watching because of how relaxing it is...BUT, now I find myself equally intrigued in the awesome stories of how these barbershops came to be, and I love how he takes the time to let us know about these great barber's and gives us a glimpse into their world
I have to agree, the Japanese lady in Tokyo is my go to for getting to sleep, so relaxing to watch
Gotta be honest… it’s borderline painful to watch some other barbers shave/give haircuts after seeing how incredible this guy is. Something about watching someone who takes deep pride in their craft that just really feels good.

All his videos have these inconsistent moments. The man in the red had. The gentlemen at the bar. I think there is a subculture of people who try to find the edited inserts into the videos. Myself… I find it scary and distracting. But I still watch for them.
