INGREDIENTS
4 slices thick slices white bread
6 Slices bacon
4 pieces green leaf lettuce, rinsed and spun dry
1 perfectly ripe tomato, thickly sliced
1 perfectly ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced.
2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
