    Thanks for sharing your thoughts - I did however grow up in Nairobi also and lived there for nearly 10 years of my life. To be honest, I prefer to hang out in all kinds of areas of the city, including South C and West Nairobi where I spent lots of my hanging out with some of my truly amazing Kenyan friends eating lots of nyama choma. Also the point is that despite our economic level, it's food and friendships that bring us together. This is not a vacation tourism video.

    Haha, thanks for watching, glad to hear you love all these foods too. My stomach was fine, never had a problem in Nairobi, but I guess since I grew up there, my stomach is quite accustomed to the bacteria. Happy eating!

    Love this. One of the first videos about Kenya that I've seen that actually delves into more about everyday things than just nature. Thank you. I screamed when you mentioned Nairobi West since its where I'm from. Now all that Nyama choma and Indian food is making me hungry

    Great video...you showed Nairobi as it is for many middle and lower class Kenyans.I expected some jambo *a word we don't even use in the 21st century* and safari video....thanks a lot

    Omgosh Mark! I actually love the tone of this video. I was in kenya in 2015 on a missions trip and its basically changed me. I've put myself through 2 years of film school to go back next year to make a doco. I've been following you for ages and i think this is old school doco style is awesome. Lol and that HAIR MARK! BRING IT BACK!

    I am not Kenya but I have lived the most part of my childhood and when I watch your video alot of memory is brought back to my mind. I love kenya and miss it so much. you are lucky to have been there

    Hey, thanks for watching. I try to do pushups everyday when I can and also sometimes I go jogging. But mainly I eat a pretty balanced diet including meat but also including lots of vegetables and fruit!

    I had great friends from Nairobi.
    I happened to know the Mayor of the city back 10 yrs ago.
    People are great!
    We had a dinner at the football field if am not mistaken.
    I ate the same plates with the guys i was with that time.
    You evaluated the city precisely.
