The sound of the front view part is recorded in high resolution with a linear PCM recorder.
From JR Central to Shingu Station, from Kawarada Station to Tsu Station is the Ise Railway Line, and from Shingu Station to Kii-Katsuura Station is the JR West section.
The Japan Rail Pass does not include the fare for the Ise Railway line section, so you will need to pay in cash on board.
The Kiha 85 series diesel car used in the limited express Nanki will end regular service at the end of June.
Two panorama-type leading cars have been transferred to Kyoto Tango Railway, so there will be opportunities to ride them in the future, but the through-type leading car will be scrapped, so it will be the last train in July.
It is a route with many highlights such as urban areas from Nagoya, rural areas, steep mountains, and the Pacific coast.

明日乗り納めしてきます。
待ってました、ワイドビュー南紀！しかも快晴！
2年前に、紀勢線南紀見た覚えがあり、確認したらコメント投稿してました。今回の方が洗練されている気がします。スカイブルーの太平洋。特に鵜殿→新宮の橋梁最高です。保存版です。
GWはさすがに先頭車はパノラマだろうと思ってたのですが、来たのは残念ながら貫通型で展望は良くなかったですが、よく考えたら貫通型は2度と乗れないので結果的に良かったです。
余談ですが、入線時に数秒音が消えているのはパノラマじゃなかったショックの言葉を発しているからです(笑)

近年度中にJR東海キハ85系が後継HC85系に置き換えになるのは寂しい気がします。南紀がそのまま生き残って欲しいですね。紀伊の観光特急としての役目を果たすことを祈ります。
停車駅で停車中に出てくる地図goodです！！わかりやすかったです！2年前の南紀も観ました。桜も良かったけど南紀はやっぱ緑が合いますね！貫通型ももうすぐ廃車ですか…HC85への置き換わりはもうちょっと先になるとは思いますがやっぱ寂しいですね…
I once caught this train by accident on its return journey from Kuwana to Nagoya…. I didn’t mind having to pay the extra fair due to we had the front seats and the Diesel engine sounded fantastic plus it ran express. Thank you for posting.
遂に2023年7月1日にHC85系に置き換えになってしまうのですね。寂しい気がします。6月30日まで故障すること無く走り切ることを祈ります。老朽化には勝てなかったですね。本当にご苦労様でした。
梅ヶ谷から 紀伊長島の区間は 8から20の番号のトンネルがあるけど 19番 トンネルと 20番 トンネルの間の橋から 直前まで通った 上の路線が見えるって事らしいね

マップがあるとやはり面白い。小学生の頃から､暇さえあれば地図帳広げ鉄道路線眺め、想像しながら楽しんでいた。今、紀伊長島から尾鷲へ走行中で思ったとおり結構なリアス式海岸だ。
くろしおを乗り継いで紀伊半島を周遊してみたい
かつてキハ85を「うるさい軌道車」と罵って来たけど、その勇姿を見られなくなってしまったよ･･･。
関西線の旅したい。
上下線共に完全乗車したけど､結構良かったですよ。
やはり 2両だけではこれ 寂しいわ 最低でも 4両 ぐらいないと
めちゃ混んでました。
特に自由席💺は、取り合いでした。

京都丹後鉄道に譲渡したパノラマ先頭車2両以外の車両は8月の臨時列車に投入後に順次廃車になるというのが有力説となっているようです。
