it pumps air into the chopper whilst the chopper spins very fast, causing it to make a sound as it scrapes on the framing, the faster it is, the higher the chopper level…

Yes, it's been inactive since December. We went there this past Saturday and it was gone. But now there's a yellow Thunderbolt on a tall pole behind the station. Looking forward to when they get it working.
