Is this The BEST PILAU? Everyone asks for moreee!

Hello everyone, this is one of my favorite meals to make at home and i'm just glad to be sharing with you this simple pilau recipe that you are all going to love. I hope you make it and enjoyyyy!
Ingredients:
For the Goat meat:
700grms goat meat
5cardamon pods
4cloves
1bay leaf
1tsp salt
For the Pilau
3large onions sliced
2tbsp pilau masala
1tsp each of minced garlic and ginger
3cups basmati rice
5cups liquid(2cups meat broth + 3cups water)
Vegatable salad:
Cucumber slices
Toamto slices
Onion slices
salt
1tsp apple cider vinegar
*Mix everything in a bowl and chill in the fridge before serving with Pilau
