- Sorry the video cut off due to not enough memory on phone. I bought a 4k tv Dec 21. I had untill Jan 15 to return for full refund and this supervisor said I could only get 800 back when I spent $1082.24. She said I could get the rest in store credit. NEVER TRUST WHAT THEY TELL YOU THERE. THEY CONTINUE THIS AND THEY ARE GOING TO DISAPPEAR LIKE CIRCUIT CITY. LOCATION-SW MILITARY DR. IN SAN ANTONIO TX.

You can get money back you just get it back on store credit or a credit card on file

I was at la cantera mall, last friday, march 3rd 2017. I came in and ask someone to help me in the phone department. A girl came up but she was followed by another girl hovering around like a security guard. I ask if one of them is in training and they couldn't answer that but keep going in circle. I wanted to see the i phone and google phone, and ask questions. There Iphone were broken or locked up and was not accessible to customer. The mall have an Apple store and the girl gave me direction to the store. Then I moved to the surveillance camera section and ask a employee hanging out there to help me. He went to look for someone and came back trying to ask me what I need. Then he try to blame me that he thought I wanted camera, while I am looking at Arlo, night owl swan cameras. Either way i try to make me help me and he was giving me wrong answer and trying to blame me. I said than you and ask for a manager and he went in try to complain in me and the supervisor came. The supervisor knew the camera he owned but did not know others so he found me a knowledgeable guy. After that I moved to dash cam, once again the new young white guy did not know any thing. i asked, how to do I stick this on the windshield as I have to remove and hide them when I leave my car. His answer we are not installer.. Now this one also got mad at me and when to complain. I keep getting younger associate coming up to me trying to flirt with me. I am a middle age women, much like these guys mom's age. The manager came, I explained he smiled, helped me and I left the store. I am in the market for surveillance camera for the same attitude. Then I go to Apple, microsoft and other cell phone stores in the mall, each one of them told me that the customer came out of Best buy fuming. Best Buy, please write these rude one up and make them work, teach them work ethic. There are people who work hard, sincerely, to make the world a better place, while these few bad apples are there to instigate.

how is this bad customer service? they are just checking to make sure that this is a legit return. because people always try to do returns out of policy months later, they steal stuff and then bring in fake receipts, they try and pay with fraudulent cards and then want to return stuff for cash when the system just sends it back to the form of payment that was used.
