Ecuador is the country of abundance... of everything: all kinds of fruits and vegetables, a great variety of birds and animals, beautiful landscapes, but over all of that there is love among its people.

I use to go to Ecuador every summer to visit my family and I got robbed twice in Guayaquil.
Abundance for very few rich people. And poverty for most.
Ecuador is a paradise in South America Iâm proud of my country âŠ.đȘđš

My husband is looking into taking early retirement before the SHTF here in the US and he loses his retirement pension. And we've discussed getting the hell out of this country, away from all the spoiled brain dead drones who constantly have temper tantrums over every little thing that offends them. Weâre building an ecolodge in Ecuador. Love this country and mixing with the locals is the only way to experience this place.

Hej! Can I ask where did you find the Jack fruit? My grandfather introduced Jack and Bread fruit to Ecuador in the 70s.. to Misahualli to be specific but the known trees planted there were cut down by the locals to put in an Ecuadorian volleyball ground.. I am very happy to see a jackfruit tree.. Ecuador has a similar looking tree called paparagua (mis named fruitpan) which is not breadfruit as you can only eat its seeds and not the flesh .

Enchanting, beautiful and mind blowing scenaries. Increases my urge to visit Equator. From the types fruits available and by Equator itself, its climate must be tropical. In the last episode, I have sought for certain details, which I am yet to get. Can anyone help? Is the country is tourists friendly? Is there existence of theft and pickpocket from the travellers?
It is on Equator. Tourist friendly mostly. Pick pocket possible, must be wary. Wildlife and scenery outrageous. Get an Indian guide to take you for nature walk on Amazon tributary...natures pharma in the raw. Go in small exploratory groups. Habitats are ideal. Trips is very memorable. Meals so..so. Since redundant menu. Bus rides are scary and laborious on mt. excursions...beware!

We visited Ecuador a couple of years ago thinking we might want to retire early there and live like kings on our savings and income. Beautiful country, perfect climate. But it was hard to imagine what I would do each day. Simple life, admiring the fruits and vegetables I bought or marveling at the poverty and manana culture convinced me to work a couple more years and retire here in USA. Also, bars on every windows, petty crime, stray dogs everywhere. Otherwise, the land and climate is paradise. Not hating on Ecuador, just wasnât a place I would want to live.
