This is one of my favorite homes ever shown on the channel, it actually feels like something I would like to live in, many of the modern ones just end up feeling like malls or convention centers. The owners really cared and it shows.

I would make tunnels from the main house and guest house to the garage! That would be soooo dope!
That would keep you out of the snow. I lived in states that got snow and ice and didn’t have a garage to park in. Very annoying to go out in the morning. I would think it would be attached or there would be a porte cochère at least.

This view and peace is all I will ever need for my wife and myself.
The way the house is situated and the views alone are worth 8 mil alone. What a gorgeous yet functional house! I'm not a fan of the living room furniture, but if that's all I can say negatively... It's a winner. Personally I would just take the 1000 sq ft guest house. It's perfect in its own right.

My favorite part of this property is the guest house. A truly functional design with appropriate spacing given to the kitchen. The architect that designed the guest house approached it from the pov of he/she was going to live there themselves. This is a gorgeous home. The tile work is executed beautifully, the use of metal/wood/tile is both industrial and warm in its execution. The incorporated artwork throughout is both stunning and playful.. and 72 acres, wow. Love it.. Could live here in a heartbeat.

Of course the house is great, but it's really the landscape and the views that make this one special. There is something about the rustic and independent nature of CO that appeals to me. So much so that I am seriously considering retiring there...If I can afford it. I'm saving my money!

The snow build up here in Colorado totally warrents upgrades like these, especially the tile INSIDE, not only creating that barrier Enes mentioned, but really ties in the opening extremely well. A large complaint I have about many of the large houses that you tour is that they feel like a museum, kind of lifeless. This house is on the other end of the spectrum, it feels very homey and inviting. It's a fantastic house in a fantastic location, definitely one of my favorites that you've toured for sure.

I was amazed how much house was inside there! From the front you would assume there'd be less space. Great tour as always.
WINDY is an understatement.
Every time I see one of these homes, I am blown away how beautiful they are but also, it's so spooky being the only house around for who knows how far. Imagine a car coming up your drive in the middle of the night that you don't expect?
It's a gated community.
@KK: There was a spot in the video where they panned out slightly and you could see other homes that were closer than I had originally thought any would be. They were pretty close, but still far enough away to give you great privacy....

Once again, another quality production from the team. The home is beautiful and well laid out, but in that location I think that i would be happy living in a pup tent, except during the winter.

All these homes are beautiful. Only problem I have with a lot of them is the stacked washer/dryer people install. I am a big advocate of side by side washer/dryer set up.
