- I and a few others participated in an animation challenge to reanimate the Halo 1 magnum with the original frame limits for the fire and reloads. Oh yeah, that happens in CE. I play Reach religiously and that what happens there due to the bulky design of the Mark V(B) chestpiece.

I love the attention to detail. Before the red guy came in, he shot 10 times, only leaving 2 bullets left. After red dude tried charging in, he shot him with the last 2 bullets before realizing he ran out. Love it

This part reminded me a lot to that John Wick club scene, where John is gonna shoot one of Iosef's bodyguards but he runs out of ammo, so he reloads while the guy is still recovering from the neck punch and then shoots him
i really love how it keeps the original animations, but just spices it up so it looks more lively and immersive

Dealing damage with the mag of a handgun is the most Spartan move ever.
It's kinda weird having such good quality audio with the low poly mesh.
Also the mag ejection hit was a masterpiece, you really are the best at this.
I like how the mag hitting his head caused his shield to break
for the same reason getting slightly nudged by a vehicle in CE causes shield break

Only backsmacks and headshots cause instant death - and only backsmacks cause it to shielded enemies.
Anything can be tanked if you're charging an overshield... except backsmacks. Even kill planes.

If the magnum had that much of a kickback, only Spartans, as seen here, would be able to wield them.
If I’m not mistaken, that’s basically what happens in the lore (god I sound like a nerd).
But yeah, I think the pistols used by Spartans are actually scaled up to accommodate their larger hands.
That's why I call bullshit on Keyes using this thing. No wonder he keeps it unloaded

I know you probably get told this a lot but your animations are amazing. They’re so nice to see. So fluid and polished. Keep up the good work man. This is so impressive. You’re to animations like blur is to graphics and pre rendered cinematics. Literally the best animator I’ve seen.

He probably isn't, all the weapon animations in Infinite look smooth but none of them really look like Hyper's.

Average humans may have 25% recoil akin to the Desert Eagle (like probably 25% vertical kick up when aiming). Spartans would have no vertical kick, but the gun may rattle in their vice grip anyway.
