* be careful of what you feed your mind 10:00 because your mind will collect the evidence to support whatever you tell it
I could listen to her read the phone book for HOURS. Now add an interesting topic, like this and I am hooked.
Reminders are so critically important.... stuff we've known forever, but just stop remembering, gives way to self doubt and negativity... in this age of information bombardment, now more than ever, it's vital to remember the message spoken right here, and repeated over and over and over.....until it takes hold....!
