What IS illegal is if one were to record a conversation they just overheard or was eavesdropping on. Long story short- if you live in GA dont say anything to anyone over the phone or in person that could de damaging. I had a client who was recorded through a phone app that records conversations. I’m sorry but I just do not agree with how Todd and Kandi parent. When you have children in a blinded family and you parent separately that is how you have the issues they are having. It just creates more problems. Honestly the “struggle and independence” that Todd wants that girl to have is already ingrained in her. Kandi and Todd got together and the girl was already 16/17 years old. Then Kandi finds it funny and appropriate for Riley to come to her and say Todd shouldn’t comment of things. Um when did Riley become an adult that can say another adult needs to mind their business. Half the problem is Riley is too spoiled and has been too “grown” for a while. Todd believes that Kayla getting something is something he would not get. Kandi love’s Todd’s ambition but it’s at her expense, or does she not realize it.

I don't understand why people don't get prenuptial agreements and how spouses can argue against it.
