  • In this video I show you a variety of ways to make inertia sanders for lathe projects. Included in this video is also how to make the sanding discs from sanding belts ends that you can buy by the box from STOCKROOM SUPPLY. These discs are much better than the ones you can buy, for a fraction of the cost.

Great stuff ! Very useful, thanks very much. Happy christmas viewing, always great to discover ways to do things that can often be just out of reach if you go the standard commercial route.

I am not a seasoned turner for sure. It would be good to see how this type of tool is used in normal working conditions. But again thank you for the video.

Hi Brian. Since we haven't heard from you for a while, I thought I would drop a line and check on how you are doing. These are strange times and I am hoping you and your family are doing well. Waiting for the next enlightening video. :) Really just hoping everyone is well. Hope to see something soon if only a video telling how things are in the BC North. Be well, Richard

I am OK, Just have not have had time to post things lately, Had been taking care of my wife full time since last October. Has needed a hip replacement for the last 2 years. Then this covid thing slowed things up. I did get a reasonable amount of time in shop this winter but by evening too tired and spending time with her. Had the hip surgery last month, fairly long road to recovery now. I think I have one project ready to be edited. Been gardening and taking care of my 40 acers. Now want to get out on the dirt bike in the mountains, I post such things on facebook, haven't been doing that either for some time now. you can send a request. Thanks for your interest.
