FAQ:
1. Do you use a diaper/pull-up at night and nap time?
Yes! I use one until they are able to go a full week with a dry diaper for nap times. We drop it completely when they are able to wakeup to go potty (usually age 4 for my kids).
2. Is juice necessary?
Yes! My kids don't drink juice regularly. But, I make the exception for potty training. They need to be peeing every 15-30 minutes for those first two days...this can't happen with water. The juice makes them want to drink, so they chug it which makes them have to pee so you get lots of practice :)

3 DAY POTTY TRAINING METHOD:
Why I like this method:
No bribery or crazy reward system, simply praise
No little potties or seats
No excessive amount of undies
No additional purchases other than juice
Doesnât drag it out...Getâer Done!
Doesnât disrupt sleep
No pull ups or special leak proof undies...EVER
Signs they are ready:
Have told you pee or poop before or during elimination
Can communicate verbally with you
Can understand commands (please go put this car in the basket over there)
Have gone a couple hrs with a dry diaper
3 Day Steps:
Teaching what an accident is and where it goes (aka not on the floor)
Teaching that we donât pee even with clothes on and to ask to go potty
We donât pee in our clothes when we leave the house. Teaching them to extend their potty time
Things You Will Need:
Juice, undies (5-10 pairs), paper towels, towels, cleaner, watch or timer (Apple Watch is perfect!)
3 days completely blocked off. Not a single errand. No playing outside. No friends or family over. Zero distractions for you. No cooking big meals (hello crockpot). Arrange childcare for older/younger kids if needed. You are glued to your toddler that first day.
Day 1:
Eat breakfast with diaper and clothes still on
Load in juice...keep it coming all day
Set a timer for 15 min
Change them into JUST a shirt; no undies or pull-ups
Repeat âWe go pee and poo poo in the pottyâ
Keep child away from carpeted surfaces if possible
When timer goes off, take them to the potty without asking them
If they donât go, set the timer for 5 min. Repeat 5 min timer until they go
When they pee on the floor (they will), say very calmly âuh oh pee pee goes in the pottyâ, quickly pick them up mid-pee and rush to the big potty and let them finish on the potty (they may not the first few times)
Praise and cheer for any drop of pee that goes in!
Repeat. All. Day.
Remember: They may have never seen their pee come out. They are learning what it is, the sensation of peeing without a diaper, and where it's supposed to go
DONT:
Ask them if they need to go. The answer will always be no for them
Scold, yell, or say no when they pee or poop on the floor
Donât use undies that first day
Donât make them sit for longer than 1-2 minutes MAX
Big Potty
If you only use a small potty, they will only be comfortable with a small potty. Then you will have to do yet another transition. That first day is really great for getting them confident on a big potty. Scoot them way back, spread their legs far apart, they hold onto the front of the seat. Hold onto their hands for stability.
Naptime and Bedtime
Sleep time is an unnecessary time to try and potty train in my opinion. Use a diaper. Too much unnecessary stress on the parents and child for something biologically controlled. One day it will click. If he goes a week with a dry pull up then switch to undies. (Remember this may not happen until they are in kindergarten!)
Poop
This is very scary for them and may not happen for a long time. They will do it on their own timing. Thatâs OK!
Day 2:
Take potty
Change into undies and a shirt (NOT leak proof undies...too similar to a diaper and you canât see it)
Repeat: âPee and Poop go in the pottyâ. âTell me when you have to go pottyâ
Lots of Juice
Set timer for 20 min
Donât freak out if they start out the day regressing in undies...donât give up!
After 20 min, take them potty (take off undies)
Set timer for 5 min if they do not go (repeat 5 min until they go or have an accident)
When they pee their undies, rush to the potty, if they finish in the potty...PRAISE!
Repeat. All. Day
Eventually they will start to go in their undies and stop part way and tell you "pee pee". This took 2 times for James and all day for Cade. Both are wins.
Day 3:
Take Potty
Put on clothes
NO JUICE
NO TIMMER They will probably pee every 1 hr or so (keep an eye on the time)
Have a successful pee before leaving the house
Pack a change of clothes and portable potty
30 min to 1 hr outing MAX
Try using the portable potty when you arrive at your location in the car and right before you head home
Potty as soon as you get home
If you try it and itâs too much, donât give up! Give yourself those full 3 days. Donât ever give in to pull-ups!
First time mom, who may as well be a single mother here. I canât be the only one in tears. Itâs so hard when you have no help, no clue and have to do everything alone. Itâs so overwhelming. My daughter is behind⊠and has a hard time understanding and communicating. This video has given me hope so thank you!! â€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïž
Motherhood is so hard, especially if you feel like youâre doing it alone. Hang in there Mama, youâve got this! â€ïž
Same here Mama đ
Hey Olivias Mom...cliche and a great MJ song...you are not alone =) I am physically alone in Israel, detained legally by her father (long story) US citizen, first baby, no family, no friends, no roots, no language.
Still not alone.
Keep reaching out. Pause and take a deep breathe cup of coffee or scream in a pillow when you need to.
You are not alone and you can definitely do this!
Single first time mum here too and my son is also behind. This is the hardest milestone I've tackled since motherhood. I've been on my own since he was 3 months and potty training is proving a challenge. I hope this video helps us all! Such good ideas and I hope at the very least they help make it less stressful đ
Fellow single mum of a 2 year old sending love and support! đ
Iâve just found your video, and I put my son on the pot after 15 minutes of giving him juice and he went. I did it again after 15 minutes and he went again. The second time he ran to the toilet. He will be two in exactly one month. I am so proud of him. Thank you so much for making this video.
Single dad here. I think i have studied this video more than anything i did in college. Day 1 went well, no accidents. Tons of time on the toilet (i added candy because he did not like the toilet in the past) we'll see how day 2 goes!!
It's now day 5 of this method and today our 20 month old wore undies all day and didn't have a single accident! He even pooped twice! We had him wear shorts so we were solely relying on him to let us know he needed to go and he did an amazing job. I had no idea potty training could be so easy!
Do we keep giving them juice the whole day ??
@@gabrielahernandez4765 The way we did it was load him up on juice until after his afternoon nap. After that we didn't push it on him, just let him drink water as he wanted/needed. That way it wound down a bit as we approached bedtime.
Single mom to single mom⊠you got this keep going youâre doing AMAZING!!! Love you â€
Related to naps and night sleep: did you use a diaper or not? Thanks
@@aerRosu Yes, I continued to use diapers for naptime and bedtime. I only stopped using diapers at naptime after consecutive afternoons with a dry diaper, which wasn't for a few months. When he wakes up from bedtime he's typically dry 5 or 6 times a week in the morning, so we're just about there. He will be 3 in June, so he'll probably be fully trained by then, hopefully!
Iâm 3 hours into this method! We have had 9 sit downs, 10 accidents and 3 successful pees on the potty!! This is hard work but Itâs actually working! Thank you so much. â€
Iâm literally over here crying while watch this, because moms are freaking incredible!
I used this method over Memorial day weekend (both my husband and I work full time) and I think it was a success! Some background info: My daughter is 2.5 and has had previous experience going to the potty, but wasn't going all the time and was still wearing diapers/pull-ups for the majority of the time. When she started taking off her clothes and diapers after she woke up from bed/nap time and peed on the bed (sigh), we realized we needed to potty train her.
Here's a summary of how it went...
Day 1: I followed the instructions (lots of liquids, no undies, timer for every 15 min) in the morning and she had no accidents! Was very excited so after her nap, I decided to skip ahead to day 2 instructions where we did put on just undies. I was a little more lax on the timer and she ended up having two accidents back to back. Later in the evening after bathtime (so diaper was on) she started a poop and I immediately picked her up, tooker her diaper off, and sat her on the toilet to see if she would finish it off, and she did! This day she did not ask or alert me that she needed to go potty.
Day 2: Still followed day 2 instructions for the most part (just undies and timer for 20 min). She wasn't as into drinking apple juice anymore so her pee frequency was a lot less. She had 1 accident. I did take her in the car to run a quick errand (picking up our Chipotle order) and she did fine, but we did not get out of the car and this maybe took about 20 minutes total. This day she did not ask or alert me to go potty. She did have some resistance when it was time for me to take her to the potty.
Day 3: Followed day 3 instructions except did not go on an outing (no time). She had 1 accident earlier in the day (should have paid more attention to the clock). Asked me once to go potty, all other times were when I told her we had to go. A huge win for me though was that right before bathtime, she was complaining of her tummy hurting and I told her it sounded like she needed to go poo poo. So we tried and nothing happened. And then later as I was getting her younger sibling ready to join bath with her, I walked into the bathroom and she had gotten on the potty by herself and worked out a poop! I was very happily surprised.
She is at daycare today (day 4) and so far so good! Her teacher messaged us and said that our daughter has asked the teacher to go potty each time!
I'm so glad I watched this video -- thank you for your detailed instructions!
Good luck to all the other parents out there!
Hi! My daughter is in daycare as well. After the three days training did you take her without diaper to the daycare? I donât know if I have to send her with pull ups or undies.
I would like to know as well if on your way to any place do you put a diaper on or not especially going to daycare in the morning ?
That's Awesome
Best potty training video on CZcams that I have seen. Itâs so detailed and thorough. Thank you.
This is so cool! This is the same method I used for my daughter when she was 18 months, but no one around me seemed to have done this so I'm happy to know I'm not alone. I love letting them sleep at night and not disrupting their sleep. I tried night training her once she was over two and it just ended up being a nightmare. I had to wait until she was ready for that.
Oh my god I love this video!! THANK YOU MAMA!! and to all the mums out there who are coming close to this stage, you are not alone we can do this and your an amazing mama!! â€ïžâ€ïž
Thank you for being sooo raw and real about what to expect and how this process worked for you. Willing to try and do this w my son now as heâs two.
Absolutely love your transparency and great video!
Teaching my son to use the toilet. He's already spending an hour in there to get a break from his mom. Smart man.
I had to smile at your comment. The gentle art of pot-sitting, AKA retreating to the bathroom for some quiet time, has served generations of humans well.
I LOVED this!!!! Soooo real! So detailed! So basic! Awesome mothering! Very similar to my mothering methods, so I LOOOOOVED this!
I admire how you practically teach this so patiently and excellently. Well done beautiful Mommy!
Weâre ready! This video gives me so much hope. Gonna try this 3 day method soon!
Really excited to try this method w our first child. He's almost there w readiness cues. I appreciate your method of postive praise, lack of negative scolding or using the word 'no', and positive reinforcement. We do this already so I know this method will work seamlessly (fingers crossed). Thank you for sharing. You're a great mom đ
I think so many of us underestimate how smart our littles are and Iâm so proud to see the joy my little one year old gets for being such a big guy and learning something new and hard and making learning fun. Iâm on day two. I wanted to quit yesterday but my ten year old kept encouraging me to keep at it. Iâm glad I did. My son loves praises and us running to the potty together. Iâm gonna keep trying! Cheers to day two đ„
Thank you for this video.
@alicia4899 how is your baby? Is he potty trained already?
This!
Baby YOU ARE A ROCKSTAR!!! A firm loving approach but we gotta get it done! I love it!!!â€
Watched this before training my first child, and now 2 years later rewarching for my 2nd child. So helpful!! Thank you!
20 years ago I tried potty training my daughter when she was 2 years old and it didn't work. I waited when she was almost 3 years old and did the 3 days method and it worked!!!
- Because she loved to drink, I put water, juice, and milk on the coffee table and she drank them. She was so excited! I knew she would want to pee about 15- 20 minutes later and I took her to the potty
- I stayed at home all weekend doing the same thing
- It was summer so she was just wearing a summer dress, and no underwear
- She had two accidents on the floor and she DEMANDED a pull upđ. She was mad and I said nope!
- Also no bribing just a lot of praise
- I started on Friday afternoon and by Sunday she was fully trained
- So I know for sure the 3 days method works đđŒ
đđœ i really believe age matters. As early as 2 years old i have been told to potty train my kid and im like⊠nope i am not dealing with that yet until shes 3. She will be 3 next month and oh boy thinking of it makes me nervous
My baby is 3 now and I am going to try this 3 days method.
We just did this method with my 26 month old son! I think it has to do with readiness more than age! As long as they are showing those signs of being ready to potty train, then I think this method is amazing!!
Thank you so much! This has been the best method, we've just finished day one and my 2.5 year old TOOK TO THIS swimmingly!!!!!!
Hello there Gabriela! Wanted to thank you so very much for this excellent video! You have done a great service to thousands of parents out there, by documenting your journey and I am super grateful! I followed your method to train my 2.5yr old son last weekend and am super impressed at how quickly he learned! By day 1 itself, he started communicating a little bit, whenever he needed potty and he is now super aware whenever he needs to pee/poo. I also upped my patience level and lowered my expectations during the first few days and that helped tremendously. Thanks so so much!!
This method worked WONDERS for my 2 yr old!! Thank you for posting! So gratefulâ€
One of the best potty training video. Wow, Thank you so much. Really awesome tips. I didn't know where to start, but now I do! Thanks again!!
I like your use of the word âgrace.â Thank you for sharing. Youâre doing a great job. đ
Just came here to say THANK YOU for this video!! I was super nervous to potty train. This worked for us and we havenât looked back!!!
đI see so many struggling moms in the comments sending you hugs. Youâre a great mom.xxx
Imagine me, sitting here... getting excited about potty training because you've made it feel so approachable and not daunting in the slightest. I am sure we're in for a wild ride, but I'm looking forward to getting busy. Thanks for putting this together and for the no bulls*** approach. Loved this!
Thank you!! We successfully potty trained our 18 month old boy using your method! We just followed the basic instructions you gave.
I appreciate you taking the time to make this video. It helped us tremendously.
Pđźâ
I loved this video over the others that I watched yesterday. Super helpful and will also save us money. Thank you so much! Going to plan to potty train my lil guy this week towards the end the of week. Thank you for sharing!
This is by far the best potty training video Iâve seen!!!!!! Thank you!!!
I just did this with my 2 year old 1 week ago and I am soo amazed at how well it worked ! Thank you for this video, very helpful !
Did u try the tummy massage potty training method
Watched this video twice , tried it on my niece and it worked wonders! By the third day we went to the mall and she had no accidents , thank you so much
Best video! I love how detailed everything is. Thanks!
We are planning on potty training our son when we get home from our Christmas vacation. He'll be about 19 months then. I am so excited to use this method. I honestly had no idea how I was going to accomplish training until I watched this. He's been telling us with gestures when he goes so I know it's almost time. I am hoping he'll have more words by then to really tell us when he needs to go. Thank you so much for sharing your experience!
I came back to say that my son learned in 3 days and heâs been good ever since. Thank you so much Gabriela for this wonderful helpful video. I still have a 7 month old baby boy to train in the near future. â€ïžâ€ïžđ Iâm sending you virtual hugs đ€
How u train your baby?
@@faizaumar987 I followed exactly what she states on the video â€ïž I didnt go out of my house for anything for three days and gave my son water through the day and time him every 15mins and took him to potty then
eventually he started asking to go potty without timing him. I hope it helps and mama you can do it. Let me know how it goes.â€ïž
â@@NYLuckyStarhow old is your baby?
I started my baby heâs 2 yrs and 2 mths old and today was the first day has been a success. Heâs been telling me he needs to use the potty but letâs pray he continues for the next two days đđđđ
Did u try the tummy massage potty training method
Hi Gabriela, just wanted to say thank you! It was grateful to find a 3-Day Method geared for younger toddlers. I adjusted/extended your method to use on my 14 month old son - We've done part-time EC with him since 3 months, but he hit a big regression. This method was the perfect "boot camp" to help us wrap up potty training! It's been 7 days now and he's had only 1 accident in the last 72 hours. We are SO proud of him! He's usually in his undies at home, but we've gone out with clothes on a few times with success. Whoo-hoo!
Trying this on my 22 month old! STARTING TOMORROW THANK YOU SO MUCH!
This is very similar to the montessori method of potty learning! I plan on doing this once my lil' guy starts showing signs of readiness. He's 15 months right now and only showing 1 or 2 signs, but not consistently. But we're ready for it when it happens. This video provided some great considerations we haven't taken into account. Thanks for this!
this really works! we are only beginning day 2 today and my son started asking to go potty by the afternoon of day 1!!!! this is incredible! yes itâs hard and time consuming but 100% worth it
Yay!! Iâm so glad!! Good job mama!
Wow!! Nd hw old is he?
I agree. It worked for me many years ago
Worked for us too! She was starting to catch on with pee pees by the end of the 1st day (she had a lot of juice and a lot of urges opportunities) we really focused on poo poos on day 2 and 3 but she got it down by the end of day 3.
W we we w e are
Bless your heart young lady. This is good!
Canât wait to try this. Not sure why I wouldnât have thought of this method since this is essentially what you do for puppies also and I potty trained by last pup in 1 day with positive praise and the running outside mid stream. Thank you so much for this video!!
you are amazing! Pregnant, with an older child and such a good attitude! I'm starting this method tomorrow. Thank you very much for all these tips!
How did it go
@@ilov3musicforever706 thanks for asking, in the three days she got used to using the toilet, and most of the times she tells me on time... we still have accidents, but she's doing her best
God bless you for making this video! My daughter potty trained using the traditional method. She was trained before she was 2. My son struggled with the traditional method. Finally, at four years old- I tried your method. Thank you for making this video because it helped me to find a method that clicked with my son! He was fully trained with almost no accidents (called an accident for a reason) in ONLY 4 days! Iâm so grateful for your help đâ€ïž
Thank you mama. Today was day 1 for my 2 years and 8 months boy. I am so glad I have come across this video and this is the only video I have watched to educate myself. 1st day 0 accident. Just in 2 hours each time he told me that he needed to go.
I started my day with all instructions you have given. He doesn't like juice so he was on water. I took him on timer of 15 mins two times but realised his pattern is 20 mins. Then next two timers 20 mins. Each time successful wee in a potty. After roughly two hours he started telling me he needs to go. I never thought it would be so easy. Thank you thank you so much. Fingers crossed for day 2 now.
Love this! Staring this next week!
I am going to do this method next week with my 2.3 year old! Day 4 will be a daycare day so I hope he can get the swing of things! Thank you so much for this video!
On our first day today! He's already showing great progress! I'm excited to see the end of day 3 đ
Wow! Very comprehensive. Thank you. Can't wait to try this with my baby.
Thank you for sharing this important information and even footage of real life with babies/toddlers. Iâve been thinking of trying this method with my 21 month old, and youâve given me hope and inspiration to try it.
Thank you!! Day 6 with my 3year old boy and heâs doing amazing!!! I have tried 4 different times before and it was a disaster!!!
My son is 18 months and we are wanting to start this soon. This video was extremely helpful. Thank you so much!
Great video! Thanks so much! I look forward to attempting next month.
We did this with my 22 month old son and we had almost an identical experience! Due with my second boy in a few weeks and we will definitely be repeating this method. Thank you so much for the video! Super helpful!!
This video was so helpful, and makes me feel less stressed. I started lightly potty training my 26m old boy this week and itâs going okayâŠ.but I know we just need to jump into the 3 day method, and I really like how youâve demonstrated it here. Thank you thank you thank you for sharing.
This video helped us so much! My 3yr 3 month old daughter was late to potty train but after watching this video we got her trained in 2 days. We did no underwear/diaper from 9am-1pm on Saturday and then underwear from 1pm-7pm. Sunday morning we continued with underwear and took a trip to target pick up in the afternoon with no accidents! Love that thereâs not a small potty, treats or toys involved! This was the best method! Thank you!

Those smiles are so contagious! That's how I feel with my youngest at the moment
Wow! Very thorough video! Thank you!
Thank you! works wonders for my 22mo daughter! I looked through a couple of vids on youtube and decided to follow your method. Perfectly toilet trained by end of day 2.
Omg! So I saw a video before yours and it was of a mom who gave rewards and had all these goodies in her bathroom and I was like UGH NO! I came across yours and I was like YESSSSS! & I got started immediately after your videoâs intro. My son wet about 7 undies before he finally started getting the hang of it. And you were so right when you told us we had to follow them all day, no distractions, so that and the timer were key! Itâs only been day 1, but Iâm very happy and not stressing as much as I thought I would be!!! Thank you so much for this video!!!
Yay! Iâm so glad to hear it!!

We had a three day weekend to potty train our 24 month-old daughter. We did this method and I think it has been a success! I was stressing out beforehand, because our younger child is just 5 months old, but luckily since dad was alao around to help it all went smoothly. Our daughter didn't ask to go potty herself until day 3, and that was for poop. Now on day four she has asked to go pee as well! Luckily she showed clear signs every time she had to go, so we hardly even had any accidents; none on day three and four even though we were practically away from home all afternoon yesterday. Thank you for this video, it was truly helpful and made our potty training a lot easier. â€
Awesome video, very informative and helpful.
Youâre amazing đ€©Thank you so much for sharing so many detailed info about this matter !! Soon Iâll start potty training with my 17months baby boy!!I was a bit lost on how to do it until I saw this videođđœđbest wishes for you and your family
How did it go?
Usamos tu mĂ©todo! Fue excelente! Al segundo debĂa ya estaba avisando! Pocos âaccidentesâ y muchos aciertos! Recomiendo mucho tu mĂ©todo!!!!!đ€
I know this video is old but I came to CZcams to find something that can help my oldest toddler. He just started saying words related to the bathroom so Iâve been trying to train him and while I was watching this video he had an accident but as I was trying to catch his accident he went number two in the toilet instead. So he had a lot of praise and I hope this three day toilet training helps him out. Thanks for the video.
What an educational video this is very inspiring to help me on my sonâs journey to potty on his own
Weâre only 2 months away from turning 3 and still not potty trainedđ..started today ladies..wish me luckđ©
Good luck !
Iâm starting this weekend. đŹ
Same here 2 months from turning 3 day 1 today and heâs doing great so far keeps asking to go potty and is actually peeing
How did it go??? I'm starting tomorrow, so scared, My boy is almost 3.
My son will be 3 in a month and heâs not potty trained. Iâm gonna try this. Heâs scared of the toilet/potty
@@veiradonovan6453 same ! Almost 3 and canât get my boy to pee in the potty !!!! đ©đ©đ©đ©
Going to try this this memorial day weekend! A little apprehensive but I believe in my son! My son hates juice so I'm trying with water but I think it will work fine. Wish me good luck!
This is the method it used for my twins. Now I have people asking me for a resource for their kids. Thanks for the info!
starting tomorrow, appreciate the video and instruction.
Super helpful video. My son has speech delay & felt super discouraged to potty train. Iâll be using your methods & incorporating some sign language. Thanks again!
My son is 3 and we're using this method. We are on Day 2 and basically my son is following a similar routine as you explained throughout the video. I think he's sick of watered down apple juice though. I keep asking him and he keeps refusing it - so he hasn't peed as much as he did yesterday. I'm going to get him some other things, like watermelon and cucumbers. It has helped to rewatch your video a couple times too. At first I just tried to listen and learn, but at the end of each day I'd watch it again and then could say, "Yep. He did that." or "I forgot to do that. I'll try it tomorrow." It also helped me keep to the routine without accidentally messing it up. :)

This video was so helpful! Going to be potty training my 2 year old and 3 month old in a month or so!
Loved this method!! It helped me potty train my 2yr old in 4 days! So now I'm going to try it with my other kiddo đ€.
Stay home mama with a 2.5 year old girl in the midst of potty training. I solo parent, meaning my husband is gone for work a LOT so the load is really on me which is okay but I had no clue, no experience and no idea what Iâve been doing but our system is very very similar to yours and it gave me a big confidence boost! We donât do rewards but today weâre throwing her a potty party to celebrate her big milestone! Congrats to you and your lil man! â€ïž
I love that idea!!
thanks for this vid, very detailed and thorough! gonna try this soon
Thank you for sharing this!, I'm about to train my boy and this is a big encouragement.
Excited to try this with my girl, will have to wait until next week when my stepson goes back to his mum's but keen to get onto it!
The best one on youtube so far! Thank you!!
I like how she does one day without underwear, just creating the awareness of pee for the toddler. That's different than the other 3 day method that I've seen.
I am a Nanny that offers Potty Camp! I too do the 3 day method and it has worked like a charm!
Greetings from Egypt, your method worked very well for me, thank you for posting this!!
Thank you for this video. I will definitely try it this coming week.
Great steps to use when potty training. My 18 month old took a bit longer than three days. She was terrified to sit on the toilet seat so we bought a potty seat to fit on our toilet seat. This helped so much. She gained confidence when sitting and she actually peed on the first day. It took us about a week to complete the training. She's now asking to use the potty. That feels so good to hear. Thanks for sharing this video.

Thank you for this!!! And glad it went well with kade and even after a month update!!!
Best method ever. Game changer. Thank you very much
My 2 1/2 yr old boy is now potty trained. Thank you so much â€ïž
This really encouraged me to train my toddler and here we are day 1 and sheâs telling me she needs to go to the restroom. This was after what seemed like 10 visits to the bathroom every 15 mins. When she started to become resistant in going, I knew something was going on. It did start off with a couple drops and then she felt confident to fully use the restroom. Be persistent and consistent!
I was very nervous of this part of motherhood, first time mom here and itâs been so challenging and rewarding all at the same time mind blowing.
