It’s because the writer of the book is the author of the immortal Neuromancer ,and the creator of the ideas of cyberspace and the matrix in that 1980’s novel
I love the peripheral so much can’t wait for the rest of the show as it’s so outstanding
T.V series is never gonna be the same again after just watching two episodes of "The Peripheral" which has literally set a new bench mark & I definitely cannot wait what the rest of episodes of it's 1st season holds!!
People will still talk about this for years to come. A masterpiece. The new benchmark.
This series is the best sci fi series of 2022 .We love it . This is my second favourite sci fi series after west world .
Like you, I love Westworld. But I have to say that this season was an utter disappointment. The Peripheral is better hands down compared the garbage fire that was Season 4.
I hope we get a final season that can wash away all this disappointment, or Westworld will turn out to be another Game of Thrones... a once amazing show that not only couldn’t stick the landing, but crashed and burned in the process.

This show is really good. Each episode so far is so intense and fun to watch. I think this is one of the best shows I have ever seen. And the acting from everyone is incredible, everyone is so talented, especially Chloe Grace Moretz. She is beautiful and one of my favourite actresses. I highly recommend this show

I watched both episodes this weekend and enjoyed it very much. The story is enticing and the visuals are great. I found the character build up a bit weak but I hope they’ll improve this in the upcoming weeks. Go Nolan!

They are trying to kinda make it seen like The Texas accent is like the England accent, that some how maybe that's where it came from. But I'm Mexican, I used to my parents watching those old school Mexican cowboy movies and singers , with the same Machismo attitude and way of life. The Texas cowboy accent is more like or is like the Mexican cowboy accent, just one is Spanish and the other is on English lol 😆

This SHOW should be on WB, it's got such WB vibes. The FX are so so. The story thinks its smart by being real complicated, has 40 characters and theres only two legit actors among them. It's just bad TV. I like Chloe too its a shame, was hoping she'd do something a little more interesting at this point in her career.

great concept, but ruined again by too many guns, explosions which is unlikely in the digital realm, and future. London (Europe) doesn't have a gun culture now and certain wont in 70 years time.
