Mitsubishi Motors Corporation 三菱自動車工業株式会社, is a Japanese multinational automobile manufacturer headquartered in Minato, Tokyo, Japan. In 2011, Mitsubishi Motors was the sixth-largest Japanese automaker and the 19th-largest worldwide by production. The part that struck me the most is the gap between typical German factory and what was shown here, there is very little automation when it came to machining operations, the blocks and the heads were all setup manually in each machine, in typical German factory it's completely automated, both loading and unloading after machining cycle. Surprising to see this.
Still using rubber timing belts for V6???? also drive belts for alternator etc. pretty old technology

Where is the part of the factory where they make the terrible decisions to discontinue their best products and only make cheap junk? Didn't see that part. Must have missed it. I would love nothing more than to see Mitsubishi make a real comeback with cars and trucks people actually can get excited about but that just does not appear to be an option.

most of Mitsubishi cars nowadays are not good. back in old days, Mitsubishi cars were really amazing. I miss Pajero and Colt.
