As you can see, Jenna loves mixing textures and finding things that work well together. After buying it as an empty artist loft in 2013 for $6 million she worked with architects Grey David to redo everything to create this unique and inviting space.
In the living room the sofa is big enough for everyone to relax, and the fireplace is perfect for cozying up on a cold night. The walls are painted a warm shade of yellow, and the curtains are made of a light and airy fabric. There are a few pieces of artwork on the walls, including a painting by Helen Frankenthaler and a photograph by Annie Leibovitz.
The sofa is a custom-made piece of furniture that Jenna found at a furniture store in Brooklyn and the fireplace is made of marble and is the focal point of the room.
Next door is the bathroom. This is Jenna's favorite room in the apartment. The bathtub is so deep, she can fully submerge herself. And the marble vanity has a built-in sink and mirror and is a work of art to keep clutter off the counters. The walls are painted a deep blue, and the floor is made of marble.

Gigi actually owns two units in the building and plans to combine them in the future.
