- Today I will make one of the most favorite noodle dishes of us Filipinos- Pancit Canton.
This version will be crispy and will have lots of veggies, meat, and seafood. The ingredients are
Pancit Canton Noodles
Pomace Olive Oil
Pork meat
Chicken meat
Ginger
Onions
Carrots
Oyster sauce
Cabbage
Chicharo
Broccoli
Squid
Shrimps
Soy sauce
Chicken broth
Cornstarch
Quail eggs
Sesame Oil

Hi a small tip on peeling ginger. Use the back side of a spoon and just rub it in. To remove garlic smell in your hands. Simple, just wash your hands with water. Do not use soap and no need to use a knife. Hope you try this tips. Love your show btw all the way from Sydney.

Ngayon ko lang po napanood tong episodes, napaka-simple na pagluluto pero punung-puno ng pagmamahal kaya no wonder na maraming sumusuporta sa inyong channel. At naintriga ako na meron pala crispy pancit canton, ang alam ko lang bina- blanche ang pancit.. Sa next naman po yung pancit chami at pork steak na buto-buto.

In addition to your tips on taking away smell of onion and garlic on your hand, no need to choose knives since it is even dangerous that may accidentally cut your hand or fingers. To do so, try rubbing your hands on the stainless sink and any foul smell, like garlic , onions, even fish or marinades would disappear guaranteed. Happy cooking!
